Office is closed at night

Update floors and shower, tubs gone. But, probably should have gone for new mattresses before other renovations. But inexpensive and always available. Enjoy the welcoming staff.

Was moved from one room to another 3 times, the door wouldnt open in room 1 and was moved to a difference room, after 3 hrs they room didnt cool off and was moved to a 3rd room. 2 hrs later the Hotel power and was without AC the entire night, AC came back on aroun 4am. Temperature was 80 degrees, I hope the hotel credits my card back or gives me a free night.

Nice upgrades are being made. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I look forward to staying there again when the upgrades are complete.

Quite okay

Very outdated! So much so that it is uncomfortable. Wall paper peeling off the wall, paint flaking and there was carpeting. The picture of the room does not have carpeting. It appears clean but felt unkept.

The facility was going through a weather catastrophe and very stressed. They had no customers and still worried about payment from Expedia. Not friendly.

The photos indicate the hotel is being updated. The room we stayed in was not updated and was much, much worse than we expected and not worth the price we paid. The carpets were VERY stained and smelly, and the room was very smelly. It was late when we arrived, and we discussed leaving and going someplace else, but decided to stay. In the morning, we saw the room with the light and were pretty disgusted that we stayed. The bathroom was clean, the sheets were clean. If the carpet was clean and the smell somewhat addressed, it wouldn't have been so bad.

This property was trash. regardless of the flood damage, the rooms were horrible. The pictures provided by Expedia's website did not properly represent the facilities. It was a complete bait and switch. We ended up not staying in the facility and are fighting expedia for a partial refund. DO NOT STAY IN THIS PLACE!!!

Unfortunately the parking lot was a disaster. This had nothing to do with management, but rather the weather. Sink holes throughout the parking lot. The room needed a thorough cleaning. Further the room had an odor.

Less expensive than other places. Storm damage limited parking and amenities. Onsite supervisor was very friendly and helpful.

It was very clean

Though the property and room were modest, the attention to detail and followthrough by Manager was admirable, the reason I will return there always when in the area.

Checked out today after 2 hours. Smelled bad and refrigerator was very very loud. Smelled bad. Was feeling sick and had to go elsewhere.

Nice, quiet surroundings; convenient to West Point

Very dirty, desk manager was friendly but not helpful about resolving my error in my reservation and I got charged twice.

A little expensive for this older hotel, but it was clean and the office personnel was very friendly and courteous. Nothing like the picture though.

Hotel of hell please don’t stay . It’s like a crack head hotel

I STAYED ONLY ONE DAY ON THE PROPERTY! due to lack of service. When I arrived on the property the lobby was close and was not abble to get into the building. After I used the house phone a very angry person came to talk to me. And this was not a good first impression! And Next day I left. Please provide me with a refund For day not used!

Property is very old just like the town. Kinda dirty in the room, shower did not drain and tv remote needed batteries. You get what you pay for!

Dirty. Customer service was good but the rooms were disgusting, the bed was hard.

The picture on the website is nothing like what the room actually looks like, microwave was dirty, the floors we tile not wooden floors, there were flies in the bathroom, the ac was really noisy and the curtains were broken, i opted not to stay and had to get make other arrangements, I'm sure a motel like this is great for other occasions but not for mine, overall is false advertisement

it was a ok place to stay it was a good location for my trip to West Point for business It is an older style motel but was updated bath and was clean just a nosey fridge in the room but was not a big deal

In need of repairs

old and poorly maintained, not particularly clean; desk person was friendly, easy checkout, didn't feel as safe as at most hotels

First the keys wouldn’t work but the attendant was very pleasant and helpful. Outside the room smelled like smoke, the inside had stains on the carpet and stains on the ceiling and the wall pictures were faded. The ref was so loud we had to unplug it and the hair dryer did not work. Sheets, towels and the bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable enough but I expected much more pleasant surroundings for the price we paid.

I checked in and did not stay. The room was filthy, nothing was what the pictures looked like. The manager was rude and would not work with me about a refund. Do not stay here.

The management made our stay great! Very personable and accommodating.

The floor had not been cleaned and was filthy. We kept our shoes on. Ouch.

The staff was nice and friendly, but the room was dirty and noisy. The light in the bathroom wasn’t working, it had a scent of mold, and the freezer was really loud. The room was really damp and dark.
