Amazing hotel, well placed and very comfortable! The beds are some of the most comfortable I have slept in. Only negative is that the lobby bar was closed for refurbishment.

The parking fee of 60 euros per day is really expensive, the car rental fee is 75 euros per day, but the fairmont hotel valet service is 60 euros.

Room condition was very good and all the staff trained well and kind.hotel location is perfect.
Lobby floor design was not attractive and I could smell some bad when I walk along the corridor on 6th floor because of the old carpet

I can not rate this Hôtel high enough. Staff were exceptional. Hotel is amazing with vegan food options.

Our connecting rooms booking was not honored, which was very disappointing. To pay $800 for a special indulgent weekend and have it NOT be as booked is really not ok. On top of that, they were offering an upgrade for just one of the two rooms on the reservation, which made a bad situation even more awkward. The pool area does not have enough loungers…we had to wait…again, it was only 2 days! It’s also very much in the shade in the afternoon, and has no special view. Then”party pool” has the best view and presumably more sun and loungers, which you have to reserve. Apart from that, the hotel is nice, and very well located.

The hotel from the outside looks like it needs some attention. Once you step inside it is lovely…the restaurants and Nobu were very good. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Our only complaint would be the noise of between 12-3 am when I’m assuming the main event room was being cleared down after an event as we could hear music too. I would recommend and stay again but in a sea view room at the back of the hotel.

Manager was horrible room was dirty. With mold They did not try to compensate me. I got bites All over my back I don’t know if it was from bedbugs but definitely would not go back.

This is our 5th time staying at the Fairmont in Monte Carlo, they even changed our room when we were given one we were not happy with. I believe the staff go above and beyond in this hotel, I hope to stay there many more times.

Service was not the best. We arrived about 2 hours before check in and were very understanding when told the room wouldn’t be ready until the exact time stated 3pm.. At 3pm we were then told it would be another 40 minutes until the room was ready. After complaining about the delay all of a sudden our room was ready. For how much we are paying per night it isn’t right that only after complaining do we get serviced as promised. Overall hotel was very nice, room was as a good size and very clean. Pool is very small and not many chairs. I advise you to go to pool early to snag your spot, only about 10-15 available chairs if that..

Nice hotel. Nice amenities. But way too crowded. Pool was tiny and they asked us to pay for a poolside seat. If not, the "free" area was small and not easy to navigate.
The other pool, only allows 18 ages and again you have to pay for a poolside seat.
Really not the best place to stay for families.

Excellent hotel. We have been to Monaco many times but we felt the most relaxed and taken care of here. Wonderful staff, location, food, and amenities. Next to the Casino with a great rooftop bar overlooking the ocean.

The lady at the front desk of spa was rude. We reserve a cabana at the pool and that lady didn't tend to us until the end and expected a tip. When it was a stark difference in the care the Cabana beside us received. But otherwise, we enjoyed ourselves
