I am operating on the assumption that the nice folks that rated this a 9.0 must frequently stay at 2.5 star hotels. It is a solid 7.0-7.25. Nothing bad but dated and very average. Larry David would say “pretty, pretty, pretty ok.

Upon check-in, we were (not) greeted by very unfriendly staff. They had grouchy looks on their faces and made me feel very unwelcome. The beds were not comfortable and the pillows were flat. We arrived for breakfast at 7:30 am and they were already our of several things. This happened both days. The young lady working seemed very overwhelmed. The tables and chairs are very close together making it difficult to walk between them. This hotel is average at best. It's fine, nothing to write home about and definitely not deserving of a 9 rating. I won't stay here again, there are too many other choices with friendly staff.

Kind of average 2 1/2 star. Modern, relatively clean and typical free breakfast. Kind of out of the way from the rest of town, but West Yellowstone is small so it was not a big problem. Nothing luxurious or impressive, but for the price in an overpriced town it was fairly reasonable.

The hotell felt like going back to the late 80’s early 90’s. But well maintained. Had it not been for the price in comparison to what you get the rating would have been higher. Although that is true for almost all hotels in West Yellowstone. The pool was nice and warm but the setting was not cozy at all.

Great place for a reasonable price. Very good breakfast. Also, huge TV variety including HBO channels. Walking distance to restaurants. (10 mins). Nice people at reception and breakfast area. Highly recommended.

The hotel was outdated. It has thin walls. We could hear the guests in the other rooms around us. The pipes were noisy. When we showered the pipes made a loud whining noise and we could hear the same noise coming from from the next room. The mattress was worn and uneven. It long needed replacement. The carpet in the hallways was old and there was a musty smell in the room. For a room that was so expensive, it was extremely disappointing.

Room was large, comfortable and clean. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and was OK, though heavy on the carbohydrates! Only real issue was that soundproofing between rooms was not great; every time someone in the room above turned over in their sleep you could hear it below. Also at least one couple or family had loud discussions or arguments till well after midnight and started again at 5.30am

This was a great place to stay for our trip to Yellowstone. The front desk staff, Greg & Lyda, were very helpful with tips on hikes and restaurants. The breakfast each morning was delicious. The pool and spa were really nice too. We would stay there again if we are in the area.

This was exactly what we needed after a long day in Yellowstone NP. The air conditioning was all we wanted, the beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. The breakfast in the morning was a nice surprise, parking was easy and booking was simple.

We stayed 3 nights with kids. We stayed in suite room which was very good. We really liked the breakfast options. They had plenty of options with hot foods and cold foods as well. Highlight was pancake machine that makes soft fresh pancakes in a minute. They have parafait machine, yummy hot chocolate dispenser. Despise the long weekend crowd they served food till the last minute of breakfast timing. The staff at kitchen was very patience, fast and courteous. We really recommend this place for anyone going to yelllwstone. It’s 5 minutes from west entrance with good amenities. They changed bed sheets everyday even without asking for. Excellent service.
