I booked the Delta hotel at Sherbrooke on July 4, 2024 through Hotels.com and my credit card got charged the following day.
In addition to that, my credit card got charged again for the same stay by the hotel on July 12th.
To make matters worse, the receipt the hotel gave me upon check out displays an amount different to both what Delta and Hotels.com charged me for.
When I spoke to the front desk clerk she mentioned that I should not have seen the amount on the checkout receipt as that is what Delta charges Hotels.com…
I now know what your cut for this transaction was…
I need both a refund and an explanation for all these charges.

Our room was quite nice of and it was evident upon walking in. There was a smell in the room-musty. The temperature in the room was controlled by the front desk. It was freezing in the room and asked them to turn on the heat. They forgot and it took about 2 hours for them to remember. That night, the temperature wouldn’t modulate so it was extremely humid and warm. The AC stopped working. During our stay, there was a horrible smell in the lobby that was masked by parfume. YUCK! I tried to talk to the manager but to no avail. They said that she would get back to me….still waiting

The room with two queen beds has only space for one chair. No space for two adults and two kids to move around. This hotel is built in the middle of nowhere, yet the room was soooo small.

Nice hotel. Clean and modern. Front staff was very polite. Complementary water which was great on a day where it was 40 degrees. TV didn't work but someone came to fix it promptly. I also left my coat in the closet by mistake and was able to make easy arrangements to have it shipped home. Staff is very helpful and i appreciate that the coat was found.

We made reservations a while ago as we had a play to go see with friends. I had stayed at this hotel about 10 years ago … what a beautiful renovation that have made. The room was very beautiful as was the bathroom… bed very very comfortable! The added plus was that in the back parking they had 7 electric charging stations for clients to use (did not charge us $$$ for using it)! Appreciated that extra touch :)

I had the pleasure of dining at Coape & Felton, the delightful restaurant at the Delta Sherbrooke - Marriott. The exceptional service, especially the special attention from André, transformed a long workday into a memorable experience. From the expertly suggested IPA to the perfectly paired wine with the Seabass, every detail was flawlessly executed. Great food at reasonable prices – a must-visit!

Super easy to locate in town, staff at front desk were super friendly and helpful and the rooms clearly have been renovated very nicely!
We even had the unfortunate experience of forgetting my son's laptop at our departure, called the next day and the staff quickly tracked it down and inside of 5 minutes had sent me an order form to have the laptop couriered back to us in 48 hours. So thankful.
Property also has several great restaurants only minutes away by walking.
