The hotel was in the perfect spot. Within walking distance of a grocery store, restaurants and more! Great private pool and the hotel staff were very nice. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

Overall we had an enjoyable experience. Dayana at the front desk was so friendly, happy, & helpful when we checked in. She helped us find the perfect room for our short stay. The pool & hot tub/spa was very nice & warm and a comfortable size to accommodate a sizeable hotel. My family all enjoyed them during our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the game room! That was very nice during a very wet & stromy afternoon. The hotel staff overall were very nice & happy. They even delivered a microwave to our room when we needed it. Our only disappointment was the food in the restaurant & menu options. Based on the reviews & quality portrayed on the website we thought we were in for true chef prepared meals. However, once we sat down to breakfast we realized that everything is the standard "out of a box" pre-ordered food from Sysco that most regular restaurants use. It was all good but not the quality we anticipated, especially for the price.

Terrific staff and location.

We booked 3 rooms a month in advance and the rooms were all over the place in the hotel. They didn’t even try to get them close to each other until we later had to ask. We also wanted a small room to play card games in for the 6 of us and the front desk staff was not helpful at all or accommodating to our needs!

I was extremely impressed with this hotel!! Everything about our stay from the check in to the check out and everything in between was amazing and much more than expected! Large pool that’s actually warm and a large hot tub!! We also checked out then realized we’d left/forgot our shopping bags with all my daughters purchases in them, called hours later, and the cleaning staff was honest and returned them, the owner/manager was exceptionally kind, so friendly, helpful and more than amazing with hospitality!! We will definitely be staying here again!!! HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!

Front desk person was courteous and efficient. The room was smaller than expected but it was clean and quiet. Comfortable bed.

Hotels.com said the breakfast was included. It is not. I specifically filtered by breakfast included because that is the main thing my family needs at a hotel. Super frustrating.

Nice place to stay

Overall out stay was fine. The hotel was quieter than the last time we spent a night there. The staff was very friendly. The bar and restaurant was like very dead! We had drinks at the bar, then dinner at the restaurant, and breakfast at the restaurant. We were the only table both times. Very limited staff and the food was average. Maybe it was so dead because the pricing for food is so stinking high!!! Not a good value for sure. But like I mentioned, the staff were all friendly. We were also caught by surprise by the resort fee as we don’t recall that when booking and we prepaid for two rooms a few months in advance.

This is just an average hotel where I probably would not stay again. First, it’s about a 30 minute walk to Main Street but you can also take the local bus for free. The pool vibe is subpar and depressing. Balconies in the rooms are closed. The 4-6 appetizer hour is a joke. They serve one kind of fried vegetable during this time and no specials on drinks. Hotel charges a $20 resort fee even though there is nothing at the hotel which would warrant a fee. The TV in the room is outdated and only has cable. The bathroom is small as is the closet. Hallways are dark and sad. Some of the front desk staff wsd nice but others are lazy and hang out and talk to each other majority of the time. Neglected to tell us about the Hilton honors benefits and we missed out on almost $100 worth of free food and drinks. Positives is that it is next door to Starbucks and market.
