Great location, friendly Staff

Fix the curtain. The street light comes in too much at night time.

Best maintained property. Close to major attraction.

Room was very clean,but the shower head kept dripping all night and kept waking us up..But all around comfortable

The staffs are extremely helpful and honest. Area though don't seem to be safe and room could be in better condition. The fridge was leaking water.

This motel was below average in cleanliness and aesthetics, but at least there were no bed bugs. It’s a good thing they have poor lighting in the rooms because I’m sure that I would have seen a lot more dirt than I did. The check in process was over the top. They act as if their motel is a five star hotel. What do you need my plate number? Make/Model/Color should be enough. If you want to be through in something, do it with the CLEANING and upkeep of the actual ROOMS.

We stayed on the second floor with a king bed. The room is not updated and must have been a smoking room prior but still could smell the cigarette smoke. The bathroom needed cleaning especially behind door and toilet. I don’t think I’d stay here again but the pricing was reasonable if your looking for a reasonably priced room.

Price is good for what you get.

The room was dirty, mildew smelling the linens in my non smoking room had burn holes. We booked the hotel for the pool which is not open nor going to reopen.

Check in was fine. Clerk was brusque but professional. The room was warm as the A/C was turned off on a 90+ degree day. One light didn't work (even after replacing the bulb). Another bulb would flicker randomly on and off very brightly as though as ghost was trying to communicate. Bed was comfortable, but the desk chair would not raise, so I was sitting very low to use my laptop.

The property isn’t spending 1 penny

Arrived to find the pool was out if service. 1st thing the receptionist said was "It states it on our website." For the price point, the pool was what we were paying for, not the extremely out dated rooms that were dingy.

Bugs in the bathroom. Smoke smell in the room. Bed was clean. Staff very nice and helpful. Just very old property

Upgrade the room and bathrooms. The carpet smelled and pool wasn’t available.

I loved it so much I booked it again for my next trip on the 22nd

This property is more along the lines of a Motel 6. Older dated motel. No free breakfast. Pool broken. I chose this name hotel due to past experience with the brand but this motel does not live up to the Quality Inn standards, in my opinion. I could have stayed at other motels in the area for the same price and had a better overall experience.

Stayed at the quality inn in town. Didn’t look bad from the outside lobby area was nice lady who checked me in was nice and I believe the owner was there as well. For starters we were given a room and we walked into said room and it smelled like straight mold. Just had that wet moldy smell too it. Figured maybe it was just Stagnent air but even after the AC ran it wasn’t getting any better. Went to leave and our door didn’t lock and I could open it without a key card. They gave us a different room no questions asked and was told that they had only been open about a week due to being closed for renovations which didn’t look like many were done atleast in the 2 rooms we had been in. Got into our second room and the room had that same smell just not as bad. So we just kind of dealt with it because we were only there to sleep. When we got back from running around though the room didn’t smell that bad but you could still smell that wet moldy smell. Vents were dirty and broken. Definitely not what I would expect at a hotel with 7.2/10 stars

It was in a good location and affordable.

It says there is a pool but the pool is temporarily closed for repairs and we did not find out until we arrived. We picked this hotel because it did have a pool and we had 10 kids in our group that all stayed there. Other than the roaches in several rooms they were nice and updated. The lady at the front desk asked what services we needed the next day and I told her just towels but we didn't even get that

We were traveling with our 7 year old grandson and hoped to use the pool after being in the car for 7hrs, so that was a disappointment. The room was clean enough and the TV worked so it was ok.

No smoking

According to front desk, place just renovated. Our room was not. High humidity smell on room. Bathroom area in bad condition. Furniture in bad condition. Bed was comfortable. Overall, room it’s not near renovated. Specially if the claimed that it was their Grant opening the day before.

Keeping in mind this is small town INN, my main criticism of this INN simply was that it wasn’t clean. The Inn was old and tired, but they have made some efforts to update some items. The pool is under construction (but advertised as having one). They were working on improving a set of stairs. But that is good to see they we’re trying. Going back to my main complaint - three pillow covers had mascara or other stains and should have not be te-used. There was fluid stains on the one of the bed covers. And then a used soap bar was left in the shower. (Thankfully a fresh one was wrapped with the towels). The construction was a sign of efforts to improve. Unclean bed sheets and rooms are never acceptable in my view. Because of that I rate the Inn as 2/5 as the lady at the counter when we checked in was very nice and everything in the room did work. (Though the AC was very noisy and made it hard to sleep as it kicked on and off all night)

The hotel had a fire before I checked in. I wasn't able to stay in that hotel at all. Requesting refund.

Great location

The rooms smelt like old cigarette smoke. They were out dated. For the money this was a complete dump.I will never stay here again. TERRIBLE

I arrive at about 9pm. The night ckerk told me i was the last check-in. When i got to my room, i immediatly saw roaches in the table tops. I seached around and found more. I went down and told the clerk. He told me they had a concelation and offered another room. I went to look and immediatly found more bugs in the new room. The clerk told me he couldnt give me a refund because i booked through hotels.com. I contacted hotels.com and was told they would work on my behalf to get a refund. With no other vacanciees in the area, I drove home. Two days later, hotels.com told me that Quality Inns refused to give me a refund

I had to look for the soap. There was no shampoo or conditioner or lotion available for my shower.
