Although there was construction everywhere the Hotel was clean, quiet, and still easily accessible. Quite possibly one of THE MOST COMFORTABLE BEDS EVER!!! Pool was a bit chilly but felt great after a hot trip. If I have to go back to Fayetteville Ar. I will definately stay at Best Western again. The breakfast was awesome too. Friendly staff to add to the experience.

Definitely a motel, as we parked 4 feet from our door that opens to the parking lot. A little musty/dated but nice staff & convenient location. Good breakfast and everything you need in a motel room.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate me. The men who prepared breakfast were great. Friendly and offered suggestions on things to see in the area.

Very nice hotel clean

The room we had had a really really old tub and toilette room. It wasn’t as described in the pictures. The room was smelling bad, like humid and old. The only updated thing was the bad and tv.

It’s pretty close to a roach motel. Old property, can’t sleep due to pigeons cooing all night along with the bright security light that get thru the wack curtains. Beds are from 1980s used up spring bed

Check in was great.Gentleman was super friendly and nice.Room was clean,bed comfy.Pool area was great.Breakfast area was clean and food great. My only issue was the AC. It stopped cooling around midnight and we couldn't get it to come back on for anything all night.7am it finally clicked back on as we were about to leave.So my night wasn't great bc it was to warm in my room.Not sure why it stopped working during that time as it had been fine before that.

The “non smoking” room smelled like smoke and the front desk staff was unfriendly and acted like he was mad at us. We will never stay there again.

I loved the bed it was extra comfortable

USB plugs need to be updated. None worked. And the staff kept knocked before 11am to ask if we were ready to go. We had late checkout for 12pm. The first knock was 10:28am.

We stayed 1 night (Room 126) and was bit by something repeatedly and although I can't confirm it was bed bugs I suspicion that's what it was. We came back through and stayed again (I had already paid and couldn't cancel or I would've stayed elsewhere). I requested not to have the same room and the you g gentleman that checked me in was VERY rude and not accommodating at all! I will never stay again.

The front office, the room, the building and grounds were very clean, and the building welll maintained considering its age. I particularly appreciated the immaculate floors in the front office, as well as the detailed cleanliness of our room. Our bed was well- made and the sheets were crisp and clean (a bit scratchy on sensitive skin), but plenty of pillows. Designated smoking areas were clean, and the gazebo area was notably clean and the lawn maintaned round about. Overall, a nice stay for the price. My only issue was the adjacent property which looked to be a run down, abandoned hotel. Obviously, Best Western has no control over what the city allows to remain standing to clutter the area , but Best Western makes up for the neighboring eye-sore by professional management of their property!

It was great but we found some roaches the first night. Bed is comfy, the pool is great, and there is a workout room.

As usual with the older motel/hotels, the lobby was the best part. The rooms are very dated & the AC wasn't the best. The bathroom was very dated. My granddaughter walked around with barefeet for just.a.few minutes, before i discovered the bottoms of her feet were black! Management should sream clean furniture & carpets.

Front desk didn’t feel welcoming, she didn’t seem happy at all

The room was really big with a pullout sofa. We really appreciated the extra space. Plus they had a nice jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. The swimming pool was big, warm and not crowded at all.

Took forever to get checked in due to no one being at the front desk. Was not clean and smelled like smoke in non smoking room.

It worked for what we needed. AC blew cold, and provided a home base during a baseball tournament.

The pictures on the app are very misleading. The "motel" not hotel was very old and musky. The pictures lead you to believe it is a hotel with large suites. Not the case at all, would have changed arrangements when I got there and the rooms had exterier doors but there was no place else available in town due to baseball tourn.

Hotel was dirty and the staff was rude. I didnt stay for either of the two nights i booked and was charged regardless. I was also charged a $40 per day pet fee which was taxed. I had booked this stay to get relief from a recent tornado. After an hour or so of staying there, i realized that the power had come backbto my home and i decided to leave. Upon telling the person at the front desk i wasnt staying, they acted like they could care less and never asked if there was any problem.

Room was a nice size and easy access from parking lot or lobby.
