Red Feather is always clean, comfortable and the service is predictably great! It's proximity to the Grand Canyon is awesome but it would be a nice place to relax and get away on its own.

This motel was fine for more purpose. I usually would choose a nicer hotel but it was a last minute trip and everything else was booked. Checkin counter staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions.

Stairway on one end & room on other end of building. One ice machine & in another building. Room odor musty. Vanity mirror tilted toward floor with no adjustment. Extremely dirty glass windows. There are newer rooms in building with the lobby. We were placed in another building which appears to be the existing two story motel with the old lobby closed & being used for other purposes. No elevator in this building. Disappointed in motel’s marketing & poor value.

Nice room. Excellent customer service in the daytime. We forgot our food in the refrigerator and the hotel staff saved it for us in their refrigerator until we came back and checked our ID before they hand delivered to us. Good people and great service

Stayed one night when going to Grand Canyon. Places to stay is limited if we wanted to stay near the park. The hotel was for sure over priced for what it was. I had requested a king bed, did not get it, we slept in seperate beds as they were small and plug access was very limited, only one side of the bed. There was also nothing to put a beverage or phone on one side of the bed. Updates are needed. Traveled during lower season but room was still over $300. We had to park way on the other side of the detached hotel rooms even when staying at main building. Wonder how this all works during high season. Location, location, location will keep it full foe the price.

Check in was very easy. My room was spacious and very clean. Fridge and freezer very helpful. Also their coffee/tea station was a nice plus.

Biggest complaint is no microwave in room. There is one available but it was in the far part of the hotel for everyone to share. Stayed in the old part of the hotel called the motel. No breakfast. The staff was helpful fixing our room so we didn't have to move between days. I had made the reservations separately so I could get a cheaper price. I did feel uncomfortable the first night, but that could have been because it was very busy. The next day was fine. This is the second time we have stayed here. It is close to the park and good price for the area.

Lovely hotel and the room was spacious and comfortable. Dylan at reception was particularly helpful but all the staff we came accross were friendly and happy to help. Pool and jacuzzi were small but perfectly adequate. They were both well looked after and clean.

This property did not have a restaurant or breakfast option available, however, they gave you a card that gave you a 10% discount at foodies a short walk away. Food is actually excellent. Had a fabulous breakfast there, and even came back for supper later on.

This was much more like an old motel than a nice hotel. The coffee in the lobby was good and someone came out and traded out the non-functioning remote for the tv. AC was noisy. A family member made the reservation and expected to pay for the stay, but we had to use our own credit card to pay for the room.

For over $200 per night, the room was musty, the window faced a wall and the A/C ran continuously. The good stuff: the mattress and pillows were comfortable, the room/bathroom were clean, the water was hot, and there was a seat in the shower stall.

It served our overnight purposes well. We were staying just briefly and it was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and we had coffee early in the morning. There is an amazing Mexican restaurant right next door. Honestly one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve eaten at.

We had a great stay at the Red Feather Lodge. The room are spacious and comfortable.
However, it's very expensive for the type of accommodation and it does not even include breakfast.
For that reason, 4/5 stars.

We were very well accommodated arriving late.

The room was nice but a little on the older side but still adequate. The beds comfortable. The area is way over priced but they have a captive audience because there is nothing else around. The only downside is the hotel did not offer a breakfast so we ended up walking across the street to McDonalds to get a $9 bacon egg and cheese biscuit.

Loved the location because it was a 10 minute drive to the Grand Canyon. The hotel was fine our room had a smell and stains on the floor, but was comfortable

We found this the perfect location to the canyon!! Made several trips a day… sunrise, sunset, midday for hikes…. Nice to be out of the park and expense there yet still super close to everything! Great dining options within walking distance, as well as a couple of Nice gift shops close by. Hotel pool was perfect to cool down after a hike!
