It was very quiet and clean. The staff was wonderful. Definitely would stay again.

The property was pretty clean, the rooms adequate, not outstanding, maybe a little dated, but clean.

What it lacks in amenities it makes up for with a lax management style

Walls were thin, place felt sketchy, no one at front desk without ringing a bell - overall 2 out of 5. Room was clean and AC worked - was okay for a night or two max.

Charged my card an extra $100. Did not come in for room service at all to change sheets or towels. When I asked why they didn't, the front desk worker said I had the do not disturb hanging on the door, which was a lie…front door worker Knocked on my door asking if we were leaving or staying before it was even check out time.

Convenience to shopping and the Walworth County Fair.

Limited parking, very poor interior maintenance, smelled bad and just very outdated! Sinks and toilets run very slow.

Room was outdated. Cleanliness was questionable. Bed uncomfortable. Staff was friendly. The TV was not mounted properly so it was not level. Didnt have the breakfast, so unsure how that was. Rooms need TLC, and the furniture needs deep cleaning. Not worth rhe event pricing rate. Paid $220 something a night for a $79 room.

We stayed as we had no other options! In my 40 years of US Military service and staying in motels and hotels around the world, this was #3 of the worst motels that I have ever stayed at. -When we entered our room we could see that the door not to ours appeared to have been broken into, i.e. damage to door frame by either hammering or using a prybar to open the door. -The carpet immediately inside the door was filthy. A beige carpet that looked like it was blacked from dirt. -The room smelled of urine. -The bedspread smelled like it had never been cleaned. -Furniture was in disrepair, as an example the armoire hinge screw was ripped out, nicks and scrapes on all of the furniture, drawers no longer on slides... -Vanity lights burnt out -Light fixtures had been replaced with out the holes from old light fixture being repaired or painted -No iron or ironing board -Iron from front desk had the face that comes in contact with clothes was cracked and would snag the on clothes as you ironed them -Only 1 set of towels -King bed with 4 very small pillows, I think they were accent pillows -Not all of the lights in the room worked

Very convenient to walk to Dunkin in the mornings

Could use a major deep clean. Beds were hard. Sketchy people hanging about. I guess you get what you pay for.

I was surprised that when you ask for your room to be serviced that they only take the trash out. The floor needed to be swept or vacuumed. Never saw that. I was disappointed with that part of my stay. My advice is have the owners stay in a 5 star hotel and come back and make improvements.

Booked this strictly on price so you get what you pay for. It was difficult to maintain a consistent temperature in the room, it seems the heat function on the unit was not operating properly. The free breakfast was very sparse but we did take advantage of it both morning. The room itself was kind of small and the bathroom had very little counter space. I'm not saying we won't book it again if it has the same low rate, but other hotels in the area we have stayed in were considerably better, but couldn't beat the rate on this stay.

It was clean bed was comfortable as well

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. There was a bracket on the wall where the blow dryer was supposed to be hanging. I cut my finger on it. Really deep cut and all the front desk person said was "oh, sorry". The hallway smelled awful.

This is a tired but well-kept typical Super 8—with amiable and helpful staff. It is very convenient to all the amenities and attractions. The room rates are reasonable for the area. I am personally not a fan of the gel pillows and the shower was very slippery (we bought a tub mat at Walmart). It's a good choice if you want clean no frills place to stay. We would definitely rebook if we returned to the area.

Nice clean rooms, quiet and great staff. You need to take stairs to second floor, so keep that in mind when booking. I didn’t need assistance, so I didn’t ask if they help with luggage. I would communicate directly with hotel prior to booking to either get first floor room or if they assist with helping you get upstairs.

The smell is terrible. Cracked/peeling /chipped paint on walls. Walls dirty. Carpet worn old and outdated. Screens hanging off windows. Furniture torn. I was afraid to touch anything for fear of picking up bed bugs or something. Was shown 4 rooms. Called expedia. They wouldnt refund because the guy at the desk refused to refund my money. I went to a clean, safe hotel down the road. I would have slept in my car had i not beem able to find another room elsewhere. This place needs to ne SHUT DOWN by health department.

Mattress was firm and parts of the room are updated. Super thin walls , very noisy after 10pm. Cable service and TV was analog. Breakfast was lacking. Hostess cupcakes and Twinkies? No donuts, danish, or muffins.

Our room was kinda smelly, and not clean. Comforters were stained, carpeted floor was stained. Never got the extra pillows we asked for.

Toilet does not flush right. We did not not call the staff because we stay only one night. The room and cabinets were not clean either.
