Great place to stay

reasonably priced, convenient shopping to anything you might need, super friendly knowledgeable helpful staff.

No towels, wash clothes. Didn’t make up the beds. Was it because we are white?

This is a very noisy place to stay. You will need ear plugs if you plan to sleep. The walls are so thin you can hear conversations in the next room. If you are on the bottom floor you will hear thumping of foot traffic from upstairs all night. And slamming of doors every five minutes. Our bathroom was very dirty. The door had ground in dirt and dust all over it. Clearly the place is only cleaned to a bare minimum. The carpets are very stained also. There was basically no breakfast items available when we stayed. Not even a tea bag!!! I paid for a place that had breakfast. This place was absolutely terrible. I was told they had delivery issues so their breakfast items were not available. Perhaps take breakfast OFF your list of services so guests are not inconvenienced. The corridor stank of weed from undesirable individuals lurking around the back entrance and parking lot. Big waste of money!!

Not a bad place to stay location is near everything you could ask for. Only complaint is there are no quarters availble on site to do the laundry. Had to drive a mile to a gas station to get them to be able to finish laundry

There was literally no breakfast items available..at 8:00 a.m. Why advertise it as being included? Also bathroom wall had a fairly large hole. All in all, mediocre.

Property had trash cans overflowing. No ice bucket or ice available on each floor. Small towels. Friendly staff

Stay was fine. The person checking me in was nice but the water pressure in the bathroom sink was a trickle. I didn’t ask for a different room or for it to be repaired because I had a late check in.

The room we initially reserved was still dirty when we entered it. However, the staff was quick to find us a clean, even bigger room.

The hotel was closed down due to water line breaking and we were not notified

The staff was nice but as i walked to my 3rd floor room there was the scent of vomit by the elevator. Stayed one day and then had to find a new place to stay due to an electrical fire. Sent in a refund and have not seen it yet.

Maid service was none existent. Breakfast was very minimum (waffles only). Hallways and lobby dirty. Will stay at different hotel next trip

A roach crawled on my wife while sleeping then saw another roach

Bath room needed more safety features grab bar ,longer shower curtain,floor mats

We had left another hotel for lack of cleanliness and came here and we were much happier with the results! The staff was very friendly during all encounters and we enjoyed our stay.

Tile was popping off the bathroom floor, holes in the ironing board, looked like big burn marks down the hallway on second floor . With two adult’s reserved for two days they left one towel in the room and when had to go down to ask for more they said there was a towel sportage. Very displeased when it’s supposed to remodeled still looking it did when hurricane hit it .

Bed was good.

Not as good as my first visit. The place is clean. The breakfast was disappointing. As for the room, the a/c was not working properly. A 2/5 for the price

Our room met our expectations however I felt the tub needed a grip bar since there's no mat in tub t prevent slipping and there was nowhere to putmy soap while I was showering

The hotel was not clean. The young lady that checked us in was very nice. The room we reserved was a King Suite. Well the suite had adjoining door that leads to another room. I always inspect the room to make sure It's clean etc. I noticed the adjoining door wasn't locked. So I tried to lock it and the deadbolt was lower than the hole in the doorjam so when you turn the lock it would stop & hit the lower part of the threshold. So for safety reasons I didn't feel safe and I called the front desk to change rooms. As we were going to the other room my boyfriend killed a huge roach in the lobby. So we get to our room and the carpet is nasty but it wasn't a bad room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was ok. Could have been cleaner. Also, there was something on the wall by the trash can. If I was to come back to Jacksonville I would not stay at this hotel ever.

No running water & no working room keys staff was not friendly & didn’t not tell me at the time of check in there was no running water it been out for 5 hour before checking in

The cleaning lady was rude; all I asked for towels and she had a smart comment. When I checked in the room was so dirty they had to give us another one. They were stingy with the towels, which was dingy. The flooring was awful. Food from the last occupants was still there. Items were left in the fold out bed. I will never stay at that hotel again. But, you get what you pay for. I wouldn't advise anyone to stay at that dirty dingy hotel.

Close proximity to stores and groceries, the hotel needs upgrade but not too bad.

We enjoyed our stay.The staff was friendly overall but some housekeeping staff appeared to be not cordial. Hotel was clean but needed some overdue maintenance:elevator trim not finished;hall carpeting old. The pillows and bedding were very comfortable. The shower curtain was in disrepair, old, missing magnet to adhere to tub, and too short to prevent water from spilling on floor. Towels appeared to be clean but have been in service too long. Breakfast was sufficient. Overall, I would probably return for a short stay.

Will not stay again. We travel to Jacksonville at least 3 times a year and this property was a disappointment. On arrival we where told we could not use the pool, one of the amenities we where looking forward too as it is generally 90 degrees or more during the day in Jacksonville. We asked for more towels on our first morning there and where told they didn’t have any at 10am with a hotel full of people they had only just started washing towels. Our room was never cleaned in our 5 day stay. The stairwells where dirty with cigarette butts and the carpets where filthy. Will not stay at this property again.
