It was extremely expensive for area and conditions. Road noise ALL night long from an antiquated wall unit. Mattress was old and uncomfortable. Had the rate been acceptable, my review would be much different.

The hotel is a little aged, but everything worked properly. I would have appreciated soap for the bath and soap for the sink (only one). Bed was comfy.

The hotel was easy to get to and had plenty of food places nearby. It’s nestled off away from the busy streets so it’s nice and quiet. The rooms were very clean and had plenty of space to move around in. The water pressure and temperature were perfect. I loved how they had all Dove products for you to use in the shower and was conveniently mounted. The outdoor pool was amazing! It was not your normal rectangular one and was actually oval shaped. The hotel was built on a huge hillside so the pool had a beautiful view of the rolling hills. Because the hotel is so close to Lake Texoma, they had special parking in the back for the people who were pulling boats. These parking spots also included the ability to run an extension cord to a power outlet located on the light poles to charge your trolling motor battery. The only negative thing I have to say about this hotel is regarding the parking lot. It is very small and the spaces are narrow. If you drive an SUV or big truck (dually) like us, it’s a very tight fit. You can park in the boat trailer parking if spaces are available.

The staff was very polite but the Hotel as an odor, the bedding and face towels for the Restroom were stained, and there was a stack of dust behind the nightstand. I travel a lot and will never stay at this location again

I prefer to just travel and don’t have to worry about arrival times. Just know we will get there sometime after 3:00pm and leave by 11:00am. Our room number was scratched on the elevator door and I thought that was strange. Ice machine didn’t work on our level had to go up a level to fill the bucket. The view and decor was amazing. Some loud noise awoke us at 3:00am. Your carrier gets stuck at your entrance.

My wife and I like to watch tv in the room and the tv volume didn’t work and on top of that our room was close to the highway which made listening to the tv much harder. We left early and went home.

To start off, I requested early check-in, but it was denied. So, when I got to the hotel within a few minutes before 15:00, there was only one front desk person, and apparently one cleaning person (there may have been more, but I did not see another).
Although the front desk lady was apologetic and knew what needed to be done, and eventually got myself and the line of others waiting taken care of, it should not have been such light staffing. I was the second person to arrive for check-in. By the time the lady before me was given her room key, there were at least five other individuals/groups waiting for their rooms.
To me, management needs to plan for staff sick times, or other absences, and have contingency plans to cover the load, especially when there are multiple arrivals on that day.
The only other complaint I have was the shower faucet. Water was leaking from the handle. This should be a simple fix of a bushing/gasket by a plumber. If not taken care of, it can lead to mold in the walls and other such issues.

The hotel is older and smells musty. The beds were not comfortable, you could hear the springs popping when you roll over. Breakfast was decent. Pool is nice with a good view. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself is nice and clean, however, once we got there we went to the pool and it was locked. This was not advised on the website anywhere and there were no signs. We were there meeting with friends from Houston and we expected a pool when it is 105 degrees and you are vacationing for 5 days! Once I asked why it was locked they said it failed inspection and I said that should have been advertised as we would not have booked. Also the air conditioner in the room could not keep the room cool at all.
Otherwise this is a nice hotel and most of the staff are very friendly..

This is an older property but it is being renovated. Our room was very clean but when we arrived there was a very old TV. We asked for it to be switched out and a new TV was installed.

Out side street lights shining in window curtains won’t close. A/c barely works loud. Bed is the worse thing I’ve seen. Elevator hot muggy door would barely open close. When I looked at the picture on the website it looks like a new place.

I book a weekend stay because the AC went out at my house. We get here and we can't use the pool. The pool "wasn't ready". It's the first of June in Texas, are you serious?!
So then we needed to do some clothes, nope. Can't use the laundry room either. I should not have to call ahead of time to see if the amenities are working. The AC was nice and cold, but that was about the only positive thing about this stay.

Hotel is very clean and very convenient. It's walking distance to IHop and Panda Express. Breakfast is good with sausage, scrambled eggs, bagels, waffles, cereal, muffins, yogurt, and different kinds of juice. 20 mins away from Choctaw Casino. Check in and out was very fast. Will definitely stay here when coming back to Durant, OK.
