This is old log cabin hotel. Furnishings are good with a cabin feel. Beds were ok. Breakfast was hot and cold cereal. Town is right there. Close to Eldora skiing.

It was a very quaint lodge, our room faced a babbling brook and the main street up the hill to downtown Netherland. It was conveniently located to walk into town or across the street to supermarket. We had a king size bed. It was during the peak season of fall leaves, and we will definitely stay there again

Beautiful property on the river within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and shops. It served as a perfect, no frills hub to the nearby mountains. Our room did have a portable AC unit but don't believe that is standard, especially not in the mountains. It was appreciated!
Continental breakfast was the bear minimum, coffee wasn't great either. That being said, the lodge was situated between two of the best coffee shops in town. Both of which had delicious breakfasts. Glad we ventured out. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay here again.

Boulder creek is great to be next to, and great location. One gripe is that the rooms are a little dark and I had to move the bedlamp to the desk to be able to work on it.

This is a rustic western lodge, if you're looking for fancy this won't be your place but we really liked it. We will definitely come again when we're in the area. The room we had was so nice, very clean.

We had a wonderful stay here in the family suite with our pup. Very clean, staff was friendly and kind, and it is within walking distance to tons of awesome restaurants, attractions and outdoor rec spaces.
Only one small thing could have made it better, which would have been a couple chairs and maybe a small table in our room. We had several meals at the lodge and everyone had to either sit on their bed or on the floor to eat. No big deal, but would be a nice addition to the room.

We stayed here a few years ago and loved it!! This time around though, not so much. The room was meh, no sheets for the sofa bed, only two towels, no breakfast, and no staff available to check in. Bummer too, the location is awesome. Hope they turn this around.

The lodge provided a nice resting place in this quaint town of Nederland. It was central to everything, grocery store, artist shops, hiking trails, ice cream and the center of town. The staff was attentive, yet overwhelmed at check in time and coffee was on their own schedule. They represent the relaxed atmosphere you feel from visiting the town.

Pros - courteous staff, great location, clean.
Cons - room was missing cups, coffee maker, screens on the windows. AC unit wax duct taped and was leaking hot exhaust. Door stuck and was very loud to shut. 8am breakfast was not open on time.
Overall it is a cute friendly place but lacking in lots of little ways.

Incredibly frustrating experience. My family of five traveled in from out of state and took in a Rockies game before heading to the Boulder Creek Lodge. We arrive after 11 only to find out they wouldn’t accept late check-ins. They claimed to have sent a email with this information, but I did not receive any such communication. The night manager said there was nothing he could do, but if I requested a refund through Hotels.com he would gladly approve it. Only he did not. So not only did we have to scramble to find another room, they refused to refund us our money. Easily my most frustrating hotel booking.
