Stay was good but needs a pool especially in the summer time

Very noisy, all night long I can hear people walking n talking on the hall way, and heard the person in the next room coughing all night long. And there a dog in the other room barking all night long, the noise proof of the room are so bad

It is farther than I thought but the place is quiet. The owner allowed to cancel my stay on the last minute for the second night.

The lady looking after the breakfast was awesome and the breakfast is fresh and varied every day.

It was a bit older of a property but it was very clean the staff were amazing.

It is a dated hotel. I liked, however, that you could go to the pet friendly room from inside or outside. That felt safe for checking in through the inside halls but equally easy for slipping my dog out to walk before bed using the outside stairs. Staff was friendly. Kind. Busy. Seemed tired but were very kind just the same. Room, as mentioned, was dated, but I was so exhausted and couldn't have driven another mile so was very nice to land and fall fast asleep. Which means I'd say the beds were either very comfortable or I was more tired than I've been in my lifetime because I don't remember the last time I slept that well. It was a bit concerning that there seemed to be some pub activity or something I couldn't quite discern occurring. Made me feel a little apprehensive about my car. There were other families staying there, though, with children, so maybe I just happened on a noisier night, it being a Friday. I was able to park in the lower section of a parkade. This was nice as the area has had some terrible hail lately. There was construction occurring at the time in Airdrie, making getting in and out a bit challenging but I'd say if you're patient maneuvering around others, there appeared to be sufficient parking in parkade or around back. I didn't eat breakfast as I slept in but breakfast was provided, had I woken in time. Would I stay here again? Yes. If it was just me and my dog for a stopover and sleep. Sure.

Staffs are very nice and friendly!

Wonderful breakfast with lots of choices, but the hallways were so hot and stuffy (no A/C?). Our A/C was noisy and clunked but thankfully worked to keep the room cool.

We did not stay here. We had to cancel because the wildfires affected our plans. We were stuck between 2 road closures and evacuations, and could not continue with our vacation as planned, so returned home. We cancelled several days early, but neither the hotel or Expedia will offer any form of refund and each says its the otgers responsibility.I believe this to be very unreasonable. I will not stay at this hotel chain or use Expedia again. I will be sharing this with friends.

The worst best western I’ve ever been

Beds are horribly uncomfortable slept 2 nights and me and my 3 guests backs hurt both mornings

Arrived well after midnight, staff very happy and pleasant, got is in, in a jiffy. Breakfast was pleasant and check out a breeze. Nice little hotel.

AC didn’t work, room was too warm, no hot water. I wouldn’t stay again.

Room and corridor are hot and the hotel is quite outdated.

AC was not as expected, everything else was good.

Overall we had a good experience. I found the bed was not very comfortable Very hard.
