Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff from front desk to cleaning staff. Everyone was super helpful. Right next to train station, lots of places to eat.

We had a fabulous stay. May have been given an upgrade but in any case was on the 19th floor with lounge access. Able to enjoy afternoon tea there one day and bar with snacks another, both no charge. Larger than usual room for Japan. Table with two chairs that we especially appreciated. Hotel is located at Hiroshima station so very convenient.

Wow for being a station hotel I didn’t expect much but WOW this property was magnificent, the premium floor AMAZING, lounge access wonderful and those VIEWS!!! Everyone was so friendly and our room was huge! Would reserve again in a heartbeat!!

Very old hotel. The staff was excellent and helpful but the condition of the hotel needs to be improved. There is a very offensive odor coming from the bathroom and we had a hard time regulating the temperature in the room. It was very hot!
The only advantage is its proximity to the train station.

Horrible hotel. Rooms look as if the last renovation is 40 years ago. Staff doesn’t speak well English. On a Saturday evening out of four restaurants already three were closed at a bit after 8 pm. And the one open was a buffet restaurant. Even the bar didn’t offer bar food and there is no room service available. What a joke.
For breakfast you have to queue up and wait 15 minutes although I was down before 8 am.
The orange marmalade they offered couldn’t be opened and the worst is the coffee machine. I travel a lot but have never seen such a dirty machine. Did nobody explain the staff that the container for the beans needs to be cleaned? Such a dirty container shows this has not been cleaned in years!!! As this has massive impact on the flavor of the beans that are in such a container it is no surprise that the coffee tastes horrible.

Lovely hotel in excellent position immediately adjoining station. Very quiet despite bustle of station. Excellent restaurant with good breakfast choices. Impeccable service. Room on small side.

Excellent location attached to Hiroshima station. The rooms are clean and comfortable but definitely on the older side. Service was good and they took our bags to be stored when we arrived earlier than check in time.

Great view from our room and from the 21st floor breakfast venue. The staff went above and beyond their duties to help us and were gracious in every way. The late breakfast (until 10) and checkout time (noon) were a very welcome change from all the other places we stayed, and the plentiful supply of comfortable pillows made our last night's sleep much better.

This hotel is affixed to the train station and also where the tour buses and taxis wait for customers. If you have the rail pass you can hop on the sight seeing "loop" bus which runs three routes for free. It goes without saying that the hotel staff was top notch, food was great and the hotel was spotless. When my friends are in the Hiroshima area this is where I will steer them.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and bathroom spacious. We enjoyed the izakaya in the basement. Location was also very convenient, attached to the main train station. The station itself had interesting shops and array of food options as well. Highly recommend.

Perfect location for exploring Hiroshima. Right beside station with a tour bus outside that accepts JR pass. Beautiful hotel, very comfortable room and overall a positive experience. Breakfast was superb as well with great choices.

Next to the train station which makes it extra convenient. City buses nearby with direct connection to the Peace Park etc . Breakfast was great with many choices .Loved the robot 🤖 in the dining area .

The location, environment, and the service of the hotel were fantastic and amazing! I strongly recommend it.
The only minor not-so-perfect thing is about its Japanese restaurant. We had breakfast there for one day, and the food was just fine compared to its price.

They need to renovate the rooms. The bathrooms were bad (we had multiple rooms booked for a group) and smelled like urine. The bathtub with the shower has a glass door that is completely useless. The only thing the hotel is good for is its closeness to the station. We will be staying at another hotel next time we’re in town.

We were very kindly upgraded as we were celebrating our honeymoon which was very much appreciated! On arrival into our non-smoking room there was a very potent smell of smoke, we informed the staff who promptly moved us to another room and apologised which was great service. The room itself was a good size compared to others in Japan, the bed was comfy, the room itself was fairly dated and not as modern as others we’ve stayed in. However for proximity to Hiroshima station it was great.

Very good experience! Walk to JR Hiroshima station so very suitable for people who visit Hiroshima by JR pass. The room is awesome, even HanShin Tiger players also live here.

Customer service was top, comfort and quality was top tier. Easy access to bullet train station. We had the buffet breakfast and enjoyed it. The only bad was the beds, they aren’t as comfortable very firm but I think that’s a Japan or Asia thing, all the hotels we have stayed at in Japan have been the same with their beds. Room was spacious and all the amenities including robes were great. We will stay here if we come again to Hiroshima.

We booked a premium quad room. This gave us access to the club lounge! We are a family of five. The hotel was amazing! The room so large and suited us so well. Kids loved the wetroom (bathroom) and the club lounge was amazing. The location was phenomenal and you can’t get better in my opinion. We could get to so many places without even going outside which was great in rain. Loved every minute of our stay and would absolutely recommend the splurge to the premium club rooms!
