Noisy surroundings at night,the wall in the room are so thin that you can practically hear your neighbours talking loud and clear. Amenities not top up even after housekeeping services.Room do not have a phone to contact the front desk for information or help.

This must have been the best customer service I have ever experienced. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We got to check in early and the front desk arranged for a taxi as well as an early access breakfast for an early departure. I can't say enough about how great this property and staff are.

We had 3 nights here. Great hotel, great location, great breakfast. Staff were efficient and helpful. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable and well-located. The restaurant was excellent for dinner as well. Would definitely recommend.

We (2) had a junior suite which was excellent; it had everything that we needed and we felt pampered. The clerk was wonderfully helpful to allow us to check in early given that the room was available. The hotel had sent an email ahead of time with useful area info and with a link to fill out our registration, which made the in-person checkin super fast and simple. I've been to many places where they ask you to register online and yet still have many forms to fill out when you arrive, but not here--everything was efficient.
The restaurant was great, too, for both the breakfast buffet and for dinner. I love that they have nondairy options including oat milk/yogurt.

Ideal central location when visiting Rovaniemi. Comfortable room. Good buffet breakfast. Area felt safe when travelling as a solo female traveller. Would stay here again if I returned.

Tiny room, very misleading. The power in our room tripped when we plugged in a phone charger! Dodgy! It didn’t even have a shower. The bathroom was the shower.
I also left my own pillow in the room and came back an hour later and they couldn’t find it. The front desk was no help at all. They told me to come back tomorrow when the housekeepers would be there!

Amazing short break at the Arctic city hotel! The hotel was clean, staff were very attentive and the rooms were perfect (very cosy and well heated for winter). The hotel is just across the road from numerous restaurants, cafes and a shop. A few minutes walk takes you to a path along the river. The hotel is close to the bus stops which take you to/from the airport and the Santa village for a few € ( a lot cheaper than a taxi!). The only slight inconvenience was the shower door, it could have been a bit bigger as the water gets all over the floor and soaks the shower mat, however it does dry very fast due to underfloor heating. Overall a great stay, would definitely come back!

Lovely modern rooms. The best steak I ever had from the restaurant. Plenty to choose from for breakfast. Spotlessly clean Only spoiled by noise from outside but it is in the city centre

The staff is what makes this property remarkable. They were all so accommodating to my questions and needs. Breakfast was plentiful. Hotel is safe and clean. Showers are small, just something to keep in mind. Overall, wonderful experience, would definitely recommend.

Staff and receptionists very polite, friendly and helpful throughout our 2 night stay.
Room was clean and tidy and the bed was really comfortable (had an amazing sleep on both nights!)
Hotel was well placed and central to the city, only a 15 minute taxi to the Santa Claus Village and the airport.
Breakfast was nice and cosy, and had a decent offering. We didn't get chance to try the restaurant on an evening.
Would stay here again.

The Artic City Hotel Is vert nice and Is situated in the center of Rovaniemi. On foot you can go to everywhere. The only negative aspect Is the size of the room. We were 3 people in a small but small room. We hadn't space for us, for clothes and for lagguages.

Extremely nice staff <3 and location in the centre of everything still yet quiet. Sauna upstairs offers both nice view to Northern skies also excellent steams.

We had a great stay from arriving to leaving. Staff was super friendly and helping, we needed an adaptator for the electric socket and they provided. Sauna was super spacious and surprisingly had a window with a little city view. Breakfast is super complete with lots of options to choose from. Also covered parking was very convenient since it was snowing quite a bit.

No major concerns. The only comment I can think of was our rooms bathroom had see through glass and you could see about half of some one in the shower from outside the room.
