Check in was quick and easy. Got a call not long after we were in our rooms to S.E. wig everything was okay.
Definitely dated but the hotel isn’t brand new either. For $110 it did the trick for us before we left for our holiday!

BEST VALUE IN SASKATOON! The room and hotel were very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was great AND served on real plates and not paper! Food was very good!
This room would cost double at other hotels!
Parking lot was easy and well lit which was geat as we were travelling with a trailer.
The lobby decor was beautiful and all staff were friendly! Our room was clean, quiet and met our needs! This was our first time staying there and we will definitely stay here again!

We arrived an hour after booking. The front desk staff noticed we have stayed here many times and gave us a free upgrade to a suite. The breakfast meal has large portions and excellent coffee.

Have stayed at this hotel several times. Not happy this time with room entertainment. There was no cable tv, just Roku, which made down time very boring. Overall though it was a good choice

I travel extensively for business and am fairly low maintenance. The only thing that will keep me from staying at this location again is the fact that the in-room coffee was absolute undrinkable sludge. The packages containing cream and suger only had one packet of each. I had to go downstairs to the restaurant to purchase coffee each morning.
The service was good, the staff was helpful and friendly and having a restaurant on site was convenient. There were no noise issues and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

Great check in service. Reasonable rates. Hotel was dated but clean. Bed was a little too hard for me. For $4 extra dollars, you can get a full breakfast. But you must include that in your reservation. The $250 deposit was a bit much. All in all, we will stay here again.

People standing outside late at night smoking and talking. We were on the second floor as we had our dog which is where the pet friendly rooms are. Check in took way too long.

Not a nice place. Obvious drunks with crying babies smoking at the front door. Door banging all night long as the drunks tried to find their rooms.

There was a small red like blood stain on the wall. Breakfast we paid extra was not good dry eggs ect. Hotel filled up with evacuees many hanging in lobby and outside all hours

Place was clean. Staff was good. The horrible thing was all the noise till 3am. There were groups of young men outside the lobby smoking various material when we got in at 9 pm. Had to go to airport at 3:30 am & there we’re still people outside smoking. Banging on doors & yelling let me in. Tried to go back to sleep after airport drop off but still banging on doors & yelling. We have stayed at the heritage inn a few times but guaranteed that was our last. Very discouraging they would allow this kind of behaviour. Elderly people will not put up with this.

Room was clean, hallways are in need of a floor covering replacement. Upon check out I had to go back to my room because I forgot something. The room cards had to be re keyed 3 times before they worked.... breakfast was good. Room size for the premium 1 bed queen was quiet small

Hotel was what I expected. Our stay came with. Free hot breakfast that was lack luster. Overall I would stay again.
