Everybody was friendly and helpful and the room was quiet.

The room was a good size and the bed was super comfortable. It was just wild to walk in the room. See the vanity. A door to the toilet. And a shower door open for all to view. Gotta see it to really understand.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and I travel year-round for work and travel hockey with my kids. Was in town for knotfest with my daughter and didn't spend much time here but the rooms and the general hotel are beautiful. Staff was awesome and the continental breakfast was hot and better than most restaurants.

This stay was a splurge. I've never stayed at a boutique hotel line, but this stay was wonderful. In fact, I'm going back to visit my mom next month, and I'm staying here again.
While some amenities I'd expect at this level we're missing (mainly the ability to stream Netflix and other services directly on the TV), this didn't subtract from my perfect rating.

The only issue I have seen is the outdoor raised area outside the bar. There is no railing to stop patrons from falling off onto the concrete.
Other than that, we have thoroughly enjoyed both of our stays.

Nicely kept property right off the highway. Caleb at the front desk was super friendly, breakfast was good, and the room was amazingly quiet considering how loud the lobby was after a bunch of guests got back from a wedding and were rocking the after party hard.

There was no microwave in the room. In fact, there was only one in the entire hotel, down in the lounge. Totally unexpected!

Despite being on the highway we didnt hear it at all. Room was clean, digital check in and out went very smooth. Couldnt find the fitness center without asking. Its in the basement, never would have thought of that. Great stay, would stay again.

The property, staff and room were excellent will most definitely stay again. But I didn’t like that it was a guest calling the front desk continuously with a noise complaint with youth baseball players and their families staying there for a tournament. With that many teams that played ages ranging from 9U and up of course it was going to be noise.

This is a great property if staying in the Urbandale/West Des Moines area. Modern, immaculate, well-maintained, tastefully decorated. Spacious rooms with convenient electrical outlets and USB ports in the headboards. Spotless modern bathrooms with great water temp and pressure, nice bath products, illuminated mirror over the sink. Great location, ample free off-street parking, card access building and rooms. Nice big bar/breakfast area with good complimentary breakfast including eggs, meats, potatoes, bakery items, cereal, fruit, and more. Friendly staff. Front desk told me the property was completed gutted and redone 4 years ago - it looks brand new. Highly recommend.

This hotel is decent, nice, pretty clean, although there was someone else's hair on the lamp in our room, which brings onto question the level of cleanliness in the most important area, the guests rooms, but I have to say it's the least nice Hilton hotel I've ever been to. I usually love Hilton's various different collection hotels. And this was fine but I'd take any of the other Hilton hotels I've stayed at over the Revel. It was a very base, basic hotel. Nothing was outstanding except the man at the front desk when we checked in. He was great, friendly, helpful and welcoming. We had breakfast before we left and it was alright but could have been better. It too was very basic, nothing exceptional.
