This is an old hotel. Musty smell, dirty carpet and the rooms are outdated. There are other hotels in better shape in the area for around the same price.

We ended up changing rooms 3 times to get a clean one. The first and second room had dirty sheets and mold was in the bathroom around the tub. The walls of the shower were yellow (this was due to being old). It needs to be updated. The hot breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage and make your own waffles. There were no fruit options at all. I would not stay here again.

Family of 5 - we liked the extra bed afforded in the fold-out sofa. Desk clerk was friendly and responsive. There were a number of things we did not like. The shower/bathtub did not look like it had been scrubb cleaned in weeks/months. It was quite easy to rub scum off the shower wall with a cloth. Our family did not use this shower. Dining was horrible. The biggest put-off was three bowls of bananas that were virtually black and rotten with swarms of black flies flying all around the bowls. We're not talking a handful of black flies...there were literally hundreds. Additionally, the hot breakfast was awful...tasteless artificial eggs, milk jug was empty, coffee dispenser was empty and all the yogurts were gone. The man supposedly taking care of the dining area acted put out and inconvenienced when asked for refill milk and yogurt...he brought one (1) yogurt. This was still one hour before breakfast was scheduled to end and these were the problems encountered. We will never stay at this hotel again. 6 out 10 stars for facilities, 3 out of 10 for dining experience. Fire the dude with the black beard tending to dining. He is not a good example representing this hotel.

This hotel is disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. Not only was the room dirty, the walls are paper thin and we can hear every move happening in every room on our floor. At check-in there is a waiver to sign listing all the ways I am to behave staying at this hotel. (First sign they get bad/rude customers....) And, the waiver doesn't help with good behavior from customers because I heard the most terrible noises coming from the hallway at 4am. This hotel is gross and attracts very sketchy people! Hotels.com would not give me a refund. I was mislead by previous reviews. It is dirty and DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. It is so gross and sketchy!

Despite having my confirmation hotel made me pay a higher rate. Said Orbitz hadn’t properly paid Them.

Close to Walmart and restaurants I could walk to.

Quick over night stay was perfect. Everything very clean, room well kept, location near everything we needed -food & walmart!

The man behind the counter had no clue what he was doing. Charged my card multiple times for $30, redunded, charged again, etc. Then charged me $150, I have yet to get back, for having a service dog. When I told him and showed him proof my dog was a service dog, he seemed to have no idea such a thing even existed. Called Comfort Suites customer service and of course the woman on the phone did nothing to help except try to sell me time shares.

Comfortable bed. Quiet location. Spacious room.

Front desk upon arrival was mater of fact routine. No conversation other then transaction. Made me feel like I was an interruption. First flush of the toilet caused an overflow. Went to front desk and got a plunger. Removed unknown clog myself. Bed was very comfortable. Room was quiet.

All front desk staff were friendly, professional, and accomadating to some last minute changes to our stay! Room was clean! Check out was very easy!

I am still waiting for the security deposit and it’s been over three weeks

Fan in the heater/ air conditioner sounded like an airplane taking off and landing. Extremely hard to sleep with the random noise. Told front desk the next morning, but it was the same our 2nd night.

We were there for our anniversary. Room was nice, so was the staff. Breakfast was ok. Eggs and sausage were nasty though. Fortunately, they had other food items to choose from.

Constantly malfunctioning reader cards which had to be reset numerous times. Looks like 50 yr old technology that doesn’t even work reliably

Staff worked quickly to resolve 2 issues. Location was convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Lots of problems with card readers malfunctioning or cards being very easily demagnetized numerous times despite usual precautions. Outlet was tripped Plumbing during toilet flush and fill made very loud water hammer Breakfast very pedestrian, hours very limited Would not recommend other than convenient location and lower end of price range

Needs some updating.

A very poor, lumpy and uncomfortable mattress prevented a good night’s sleep. The room was poorly lit. At $150 this was a very poor value for the money.

Friendly staff, clean lobby and breakfast area. Rooms are good size.

Decent stay for a night for work. I wouldn’t stay for a week. The bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom needs cosmetic work. There’s little to no breakfast other than bread and muffins.

We were pleased with our stay. The large rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was nice, and , the coffee was on early.
