Bathroom shower needed to be updated. Decor was mid. Standing water in shower when running.

We have stayed here multiple times and the service has really gone downhill. The rooms are not as clean. The service isn’t as good. The staff is limited and the people who do work there are a bit odd. There’s a Koehli bartender who never smiles or interacts with other humans except to fulfill their orders in the least pleasant way possible. The room wasn’t particularly clean. We were checked in by a lovely man who I believe is typically the door person and not the front desk person. The front desk staff was extremely odd and not particularly personable nor helpful.

Hotel was well-located and comfortable. Housekeeping was friendly, and room was clean. Beds comfortable. Not fancy, but everything I wanted!

Heat pump ventilation was broken. Very hot at night. Noise from next room due to shared passage door. Banging door at Ice and water station room kept us awake at night.
Small temporary armoire instead of real closet. Ironing board stored in room.

This is incredibly convenient to explore both the MIT and Harvard campuses and the staff was delightfully helpful. The rooms are a tad tired and the bath/showers old-fashioned for the top tier price we paid. But the beds were comfortable, it was quiet and we loved it as a walking base for Cambridge.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. Very friendly staff. Check-in was easy. Paid parking available. There was at least one wedding party and another large party, but we were not disturbed in our room at all. Felt very safe. Walking distance to shops and great food. Would stay again.

We stay here often when visiting family. The parking is $50 BUT in/out permitted.Bonus is being able to park up to 5pm on day of check out. Still able to hang out after 12 noon check out. We have eaten at the bar before. Good food and cocktails. Ample dining choices within walking distance. Target, Walgreens, CVS are nearby too. It is our favorite place to stay when visiting Cambridge

Courteous and professional staff and the hotel is in a perfect location next to Mass Ave and just feet from the MIT campus. Definitely on our list of “go to” Boston hotels!

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Excellent bar atmosphere with great food and drink. However, difficult to sleep soundly due to overwhelmingly loud and constant noises from in-room AC unit.

The hotel room was a good size, the staff was very accommodating, we were able to walk or take the train to destinations. We appreciated that the room had a fridge and comfortable bed. Our AC didn't work the first day but they were able to get it fixed.

This stay was top notch! From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. Friendly staff all around, from front desk, to barstaff to housekeeping! Clean rooms, beautifully kept! Comfortable bedding, excellent room refresh! Shout-out to housekeeping! Thank you! Would absolutely recommend!

We felt that overall, the hotel was OK and in a good area and very convenient for us.

Everything about Le Meridien was wonderful. Its right in between MIT and Harvard. There are so many places to eat in the area. The hotel bar and restaurant are pretty darn good as well. Subway is just down a couple of blocks to go into the city. The hotel is very clean and modern. Will definitely stay here again.

My only complaint was it was difficult to get more coffee and creamer in the room. We started out with nothing but tea and decaf on the first morning we were there. So left the house keeper a note and they just threw it out but didn’t leave us anything we asked for. So then we went to the desk to ask and they brought more coffee but no cups or creamers so at that point I gave up. It’s a minor thing but I am an avid coffee drinker and I like to make a cup the moment I wake up and then lay in bed and enjoy it. It definitely leaves an impression on me when I can’t do that. Otherwise everything else was great.

I enjoyed my staff with my 2 girlfriends .. quick uber rides to lots of restaurants, Fenway Park. Nice attentive staff!

Housekeeping came in to clean while we were gone even though we had the privacy notice on the door. There was no ironing board or washcloths when entering the room. The bath towels were rough and small. We were out in an ADA room without being asked. At checkout they stated I had a zero balance but could not provide a receipt.
