Extremely dirty rooms and bathroom

The property was a little older and run down. The outside and parking lot was ok and conveniently located near Applebees and Pizza Hut for dining and also near Walmart. There was a refrigerator and microwave that were convenient. Due to the age of the property it did have some reminiscence of cigarette odor but we used a little febreeze room air freshener to combat that. Air conditioner worked well during a heat wave. There wasn’t an elevator and we were on the third floor so accessibility was a little inconvenient for hauling suitcases.

Filthy carpet and bathroom, entire hotel smelled moldy and smoky. No elevator. Security of hotel was sketchy. Price was ridiculous for this level of hotel even for an event.

The bathroom is not clean. Neither was the shower and tub. I actually clean those while I was there after talking to the front desk they gave me cleaning supplies. And not only that the TV did not work.

Check in person was unfriendly… like I was bothering them…

It was a fine old building, looks like it hasn’t been updated in forever but everything was in working order. I felt safe. TV worked, AC was ancient looking but worked well!

This place was FILTHY. The hallway/stairs were in desperate need of a vacuum and our hallway reeked of pot. Our room had food/grime smears on surfaces and there was a giant dirty shoe print on the bottom bed sheet. Floor was gross and had at least 6 months worth of crumbs along the baseboard of the bed. Definitely not worth the $190 we paid.

My room was super duty but the front desk gentlemen was very nice and understood the problem and offer to move me to a different room. I couldn't stay so he reimbursed me.

Staff was nice but hotel itself was just dingy and dirty. Carpet needs ripped out of the rooms for sure.

My basement room was quite musty. Breakfast was meager; I passed and went to coffee shops both days. Staff ok, but checkin lady gave me 2 card keys, neither of which opened my door. I didn’t expect five star accommodation, but other budget motels do a superior job.

Filthy room, stained comforters, floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in months, dog hair all over room, very noisy. Overall, pick this location if you have absolutely no other options.

Bathroom was bad, dirty. Sink drain was terrible

The air conditioning was very weak so the room was very hot. It's almost impossible to tolerate. The sheet in one bed was vomited before but it was not noticed by the housekeeping. We arrived at night and did not notice as well until the next morning. The staffs were very nice.

This property is barely stayable. We were not going to be in the room very much, so we chose a cheap option, and it was every bit of that! It is not clean, the rooms are cramped, and the service in non-existent. We had to ask for clean towels every day, and our room was not cleaned once in 4 days. While the area around the hotel is ok, the property itself is dirty and unkept. The breakfast is shaky...ie individual english muffins wrapped in cellophane. I will say, the coffee was ok. All in all, you can do much better, so don't cheap out like I did!

The gentleman at the counter was very helpful and pleasant and likes the breakfast buffet

Bathroom was dirty and uncleaned. Carpets were stained. Breakfast was subpar.

The first room they put us had a noise AC bathrrom was not that clean and phone did not work to call reception. Went back to reception and they did change was to another room that was better, but still a bit noise because windows do not isolate the sound from the road in front of the hotel.

The toilet looked like it had not been cleaned in months. Had black mold all over in the bowl.

Friendly and helpful check in late at night!

Urine in carpet and dirty floors in hallways and stairs

I was placed in a room modified for pets even though I don't have a pet. Regardless the the carpet had been removed so it was just laminate flooring covering. I had spilled a bit of water emptying my cooler and when I wiped it up the towel was black with dirt and animal hair.I then looked around checking the cleanliness of the bathroom etc. I found the tub littered with human hair, the floor in the bathroom the filthy, the shower head crusty with water minerals, the appliances in the room not dusted off. Then I pulled back the the comforter there's dog hair in the sheets. That was the last straw. I went to the front desk and was told that the only other room available was in the 3rd floor with no elevator. I requested clean sheets and remained where I was. The morning came I went out to my vehicle for a few minutes and when I returned to my room I was nearly nauseous from the smell of animal feces. I will never return to this establishment again.

The staff was completely unaware of how to do their jobs. ESPECIALLY THE MANAGEMENT. RUDENESS DESERVES THE ONLY 5 stars

Filthy and run down

The location and everything was adequate. The staff was exceptionally pleasant. My only complaint is the BED! We had a king size bed and my husband and I literally rolled to the middle when we got in it, it was horrible and so very uncomfortable. The bed needs REPLACED! I am sore all over from trying to sleep in it for 3 nights!

Our room wasnt clean there was urine in the toilet still pubes all over the toilet bowl , dirty towels hanging in the bahtroom wet and clearly used. We called the front desk and was told they would rely the mesaage to the manager as he or she was standing there at the time we didn't receive any sort of apologies for the inconvenience nor did they offer a fix

Hard boiled egg under recliner....no carpet so floor looked like it wasnt swept since there were crumbs along dresser and bed...no drinking glasses ....

The service received over the phone was exceptional in resolving booking issues of my own making as was the clerk at the front desk.

Everything was the same as always for the last 5 years we have stayed there for medical visits

Unprofessional staff, dirty rooms, drug deals in back and people living in cars in the parking lot. Very unsafe and terrible conditions. Closed the small breakfast early, terrible example of a Wyndham Properties - Super 8 location. Plenty of other options in the area ! DO NOT get a room here.
