Great place to stay with excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Malta

A really nice property to stay at. Lots of space and friendly staff.

The staff were exceptionally kind. We had a large party with lots of children and they were always accommodating. The pool was warm. There was a salt water option. The food was wonderful. Breakfast staff sometimes seemed frazzled and abrupt. A wonderful hotel with great views and simply brilliant front of house team!

The hotel was nice and clean but the rooms we stayed in smelled really bad of mildew, Although the staff tried to rectify by checking air conditioning unit in rooms, it could not be rectified. This was a major disappointment and we have come home with three suitcases of stinking clothes, even the unworn clothes, due to the mildew smell.

Had a fantastic holiday. A really luxury ressort. Really nice staff. Only very small issue was that some days the cleaning came rather late. Would most certainly recommend.

Very busy area, with busy nightlife but very quiet near the hotel. Will stay again at this hotel.

Wonderful hotel with excellent facilities. Fantastic ocean views from every angle. 2 pools and beach access. Several restaurants to chose from and very affordable prices for a hotel of this quality. Good for families or couples (there are pool areas for adults only).

Stayed for 6 nights at The Dragonara, hotel was great, loved the option for swimming in pools and the sea (which is my preference) with two bays on offer. Food service was terrific at the beach with very good menu options and easy to order. Sun beds etc, all in good condition, hotel room was clean and very comfortable. I have stayed in other hotels of a similar standard in the area and this just topped them. Staff friendly and had a super relaxing stay. I will be back.

Amazing, nothing to much for them, bags taken to room for us so we could start to enjoy the holiday straight away, would definalty return

Great places to do Dine

The cleaning staff was amazing. Quick, reliable, and nice. The extra gestures this hotel does like little chocolates and unfolding your bed at turn down is amazing.

1st time in Malta. Stayed at the Westin due to location, convenience, and amenities. We had a phenomenal time, and the staff were all so very friendly! I’d highly recommend if staying in Malta. (And if a casino is your thing, the Casino Dragonara is walkable from the Westin.)

Overall very nice and a lovely hotel in a good location. Our room and balcony were great. We were missing some finishing touches that could have elevated our stay. Staff really friendly but the service sometimes fell short of a five star resort. We were happy with our stay and definitely can recommend it.

Fantastic property in great location, with amazing views! We had a premium, sea facing, suite, and it could not have been more perfect! The room was clean and new, everything was spacious, balcony was fantastic, and the staff were always helpful if needed. The grounds were great and we really enjoyed the poolside food/drinks service. Location is great for walking to other restaurants and shops and it was easy to get taxis into other areas to visit. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

The hotel is very well appointed with friendly and efficient staff. The room is soacious, ckean abd the sound proofing is very good. The roads in the lical area are narrow and the one way system is very confusing. Many very good local restaurants and shops.

Bedroom was nice, bed very comfortable. What we did not like, food in the restaurant ( below room 544, sorry forgot the name) had dinner their on Wednesday 29/05, ordered a burger (well done) and salmon with advocado salad, the salmon was bone dry and only two very small pieces of advocado. When I mentioned the problem to one of the waiters, after I had asked to give me the bill, he kept asking if we wanted something else. Eventually another member of staff (Maltese) asked me what the problem was and informed me that there was nothing to pay. Safe broke down on two consecutive days, shaver socket in bathroom did not work only to find out that it wasn't fixed that evening, when you flush the toilet or use the sink, you hear gurgling below the bath and when you use the shower you hear the gurgling below the sink. The 'Reef' swimming pool is what you would expect in a three star hotel and the ground around it, I would like the person who came up with the idea of laying what I believe is 'Resin Bound' or similar, to walk on it bare feet, it's horrible and painful. As much as I live in the UK, Malta is my home country and over the past forty years we come home every year. Having stayed in the likes of the Hilton Hotel, Corinthia St George's Bay Hotel, Marina Hotel Corinthia Beach Resort, we found the Westin Dragonara Resort disappointing.

Great selection of pools with great poolside facilities and bars. Our 8 year old boy had a fabulous time.

Great staff. Excellent location. Bayside Rooms are modern and spacious. Great experience.

Spent a week here at the end of May and couldn’t fault the hotel. Staff were friendly, efficient and fully focussed on ensuring our stay was excellent. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Malta.
