My stay was good for a last minute choice and the room was tidy. My issue was the cleanliness of the walls, the shower was non functional the TV non-oporational plus no remote and it sounded like someone was trying to enter our room five times during the night.

Was ok no soap and a noise from the other room kept me up

My husband is handicap and they had no elevators, hotel manager didn't want to change my room or give me a refund. There was left over food in the microwave and sheets had cigarette burns. Description had continental breakfast and they didn't

Customer Service was great ! Greeted and check in quick

Disgusting! Had my room switched 3 times due to uncleanliness and unhealthy living condition. Bugs in rooms, dog food lying around, mini fridge covered in mold inside. I settled with the 4th room just because I had arrived to my check in at 1 am. I do not recommend! And when asked for extra towels the worker mentioned he was allowed to give me limited amount it was ridiculous the towel itself barely covered my leg.

There must have been a smoker in the room caused it smelled of cigarettes. My fiancé immediately had trouble breathing because she’s asthmatic. We had to rush home for her to do her treatments and management refused to refund the fee. We were in the room for about 20 minutes. That’s why we bought the insurance and we expect you to honor it and reimburse us please

At a local convenience store a law officer heard my conversation. Seen I had kids with me and advices me not to go there being that is where they take prisoners when they get out and there were several sex offenders there. I did my research while sitting at a park before I check in and sure enough there were several sex offenders. I called hotels.con explained to them while they called the hotel I went to desk the hotel refused my refund and hotels.com refused to help all I was told was stay there or lose the $155. Needless to say I lost the 155 and felt both hotels.com and the hotel would rather have the kids at risk and their vacation locked in.due to the proof I had I thought hotels.com would have put more consideration for the children along with the hotel! I put my trust into both companies and it was very heart breaking to sleep I. My vehicle the first night

Poor staff. Mananger was extremely demanded a refund whiich did mot say in the policy prior to booking. Also refused to retur. Deposit

I don't recommend anyone to stay at this place, every single worker no exception was rude. I even realized i left items behind, and called right away. They all claimed they didn't find anything, when i know for a fact i did. No costumer service skills at all. very disappointed.

Awful and rude. Violent and nasty staff

Rooms were dirty and full Of trash the beds were dirty the sheets had hair on. Them and the bathtub was super dirty

The stay was perfect for the time we were their and needed location was not very good over all, if need be I would stay again
