Room smelled moldy and no one was ever at the reception desk. The couch looked like someone had been laying there before we entered the room.

Just a quick stay over after going to holiday world. Requested an upgrade to a king size bed, didn’t receive. Room had a scent of urine. Was looking for the Bible but it was not present in the room.

Like the price, room humidifier, and close proximity to Holiday World Park. Disliked super slow wifi, hot breakfast was cold and lacking, under staffed and hotel location was remote.

It was a srange crowd and the lobby when we got there was sticky and gross. It had not been cleaned from breakfast. We sat down in the lobby and there was jelly/syrup and milk on the chairs and tables. I ended up wiping all the seats down. Our room was fine, but our friends bed was broke. They put their bag on the bed and it tilted causing the bag to fall on the floor. It took the staff several hours to fix it. Went to the pool once. The pool room didnt have an clean towels, but lots of used onea that were thrown all over the ground and on the chairs. It felt dirty. Bottom line, its an older hotel, thats cheap, so some of the people that stay there are rough on the place, and the staff cant keep up. The staff were not overly nice, but were not rude either. Final note. I booked on hotel.com and paid, but the baymont charged my credit card again after we left. They did contact me and stated they will credit my account. I'm still waiting for the credit.

It took forever for the guy to check me in. He kept asking me if I paid with a Mastercard & I said no. He asked me 4-5 times. Finally he gave me the key after calling someone. The place is nothing like the pictures. It smelled like mildew, cigarettes, & the beds were awful. The towels were stained.

Checked in and an hour and a half later, checked out. Hotel was dirty. Carpet had holes. Rooms smelled musty. Our friends had trash on their floor and in their bathroom. Contacted hotels.com to help and they secured me a refund so we could leave. Drove 30 minutes out of our way to stay at a different place. Don’t waste your time or money. Just drive the extra 30 if you are going to Holiday World and stay in Jasper. Wonderful town with two nice hotels.

Breakfast selection was very nice! Pool was a little small but nice. Internet service was very poor and very few TV channels available.

Not much good about it. Its not a 2, 2.5, or 3 star hotel. Its a 1 star for sure.

I never take time to rate anything, but this hotel was horrible. My sister and her family stayed in the room next to us and the last night had a cockroach come out from behind the TV. They didn't clean the room after the first night and you can tell they do very little cleaning/upkeep. The hair dryer literally burnt up in my hand when I turned it on. Just the worst. That's why I'm a Lifetime Hilton Honors member. You never find this at a Hilton property of any type.

The pillows were too small and when we asked for 2 additional pillows, we were told they did not have any additional. The wi-fi was awful at night. There were not enough channels on the tv. There was not much of variety. I was not able to watch the Today show in the morning.

The beds linen had hair on them. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash did not work. The bathroom was not stocked with necessities. (Toilet paper and kleenex) The carpet had not been swept from prior guest. There was no TV guide or information. The breakfast was not kept stocked.

They have a child working in there who is maybe 7 or 8. The morning of checkout he opened our door and asked when we were leaving. I will never stay there again.

Staff was great i asked for an option to have my room ready & it was ready 30 min before we arrived which was great..

Hotel staff was nice and helpful. The property was a little loud due to lots of families staying from holiday world but that was to be expected. I would stay here again and would definitely recommend.

Check in was fine and quick. When we got in the room, it was very musty and damp feeling. There was a dehumidifier in the room, but it was kinda hidden and once we figured out it was there, it was the next morning and the tank hadn't been emptied by house keeping the day before. Also, there was no shampoo or body wash in the room.

The largest injustice here was paying over $200 for a single night. The hotel itself was okay, but its old and had parts that were in disrepair. Not to memtion having kids above us and out in the hall running and jumping in the late hours of the evening. We called to complain about the noises and was met with little to no urgency in the matter. The drive into the parking lot had almost no lighting until you got into the lot itself. I dont recommend staying here.

Was expecting just a continental breakfast, but was surprised by scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes. The staff was very nice, I would stay here again.

Room was damp and smelt like mold that was covered over with a strong cleaner. Our belongings got wet the room was so damp. Elevator smelt awful . Ice machine on 3rd floor did not work . Guest wash machine and dryer are falling apart , no laundry soap or fabric softener in the vending machine. Linen was dingy and stained . Breakfast was awful

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast and pool was definitely a must for us to stay here and it definitely did not disappoint.

It was a freshly painted motel 6. They were running a dehumidifier in the room. The continental breakfast was edible but that’s really all there is to say about it. There aren’t many options in the area so it is what it is just be prepared to be underwhelmed.

Majority of the functions on the TV didn’t work, beds not comfortable and the shower gel dispensers were horrible. Takes about 30 pumps to get a tiny bit of shampoo.

We went for a weekend getaway to Holiday World and Splashing Safari and we booked this hotel. I have to say we had a wonderful stay and the staff was so nice and helpful. Nicely clean and soft beds. Only thing we didn't like was the pool. It was pretty small and they dont have a no jumping in pool policy. My family couldn't enjoy the pool cause the kids jumping in keep Splashing the water on everything and one kid jumped and landed on my kid. That was the only down fall we had. Other then that its a great place to stay. There is a Dennys and Wendys right by it also.

Worst hotel we have been in. Stained linens, asked for new ones and most of the pillows had stained also, sink not working properly. We were very disappointed for being a Wyndham Hotel! Not worth it !

We enjoyed our stay here. Easy check in and out. Inside pool and gym. Bed was super comfy. WiFi not that great but wasn’t there much to notice. Free breakfast is served 6-9a and they don’t run out of food during those times. Shower water was hot and good pressure. Had everything I needed in my room, super quiet and kinda in the middle of no where. There was Dennys and Wendy’s super close by to eat and a few gas stations a few miles away. Holiday World is 11 mins away All in all would stay here again!

The light in the bathroom flashed on and off so we had to leave the door open for light needless to say we couldn’t shower because we couldn’t see. The smoke doctor was not on the wall wires was exposed. The pillows were terrible. And the breakfast was cold and the sausage links were half cooked. Terrible stay. Also the stafff made so much noise it keep us from sleeping.

Didn't feel clean. Room felt damp.

I paid for a deluxe suite for 2 nights. Confirmed with the hotel prior to arriving. When we arrived they did not have a suite and gave us two standard rooms. We had no use for the second room and asked to be charged only for the standard room that we used. We were told there was nothing they could do.

Everyone was super kind and we just had an overall great time. Thank you!
