Watch out I was told their was deposit held for my Yorkie eight pounds damage held ..Guy at desk lied to me that was actual cost of 75 dollars for his stay same as mine .I will be calling fraud at my us bank card..

Room was great. Stay was great. Was concerned when i got there because it was almost 3 am and my rooms door was propped open, tv on, patio door was not locked. We went and got assistance from the front desk. I was extremely nervous to enter the room at 3 am when the door was my closed. He came up, right away even my husband went to the desk. He checked the room with us. Said house keeping left it open. I was still concerned. Never heard house keeping leaving a door open and tv on. They have always been locked and had to use room key to open the door.

Quick and wonderful check in, they were absolutely on point with accommodating my service dog without any hassle. The only down points was the room had a hard time cooling down and the starbucks limiting hours.

I made my reservation on Hotels.com, which offered a breakfast deal for $10 per night which I checked, and I thought it increased the price per night by that amount — in any case when I checked in, and asked about the breakfast, it was not on the reservation… so I advise you to not check the breakfast box. The room was okay— the bed was comfortable but the rug wasn’t very clean. I lost track of my eye drops and thought they might have fallen off the night stand, so I looked under the bed and felt nauseous; it looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in at least a year. The best thing about this hotel are the staff. Front desk folks are smart and very friendly/ helpful. Susan, who works in the restaurant area, was absolutely wonderful. Sorry for the meh review, Marriot, but please try to do better.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Was given choice of floors but not advised as to which floors allowed pets. We had 2 loud dogs next to us and our carpet smelled of dog in the carpet. Doubt will stay there again but location was excellent.

Great stay overall. Easy and quick check-in. Friendly staff. Ample free self parking in the lot surrounding the building. Dual evevators were quick. Room smelled and appeared clean. Lots of pillows and towels. Great water pressure in the shower along with wall mountedshampoo, conditioner and body wash. Very comfortable mattress. Spacious room. Located near the fabulous entertainment center of Barefoot Landing with lots of shops and restaurants. Wish they had free breakfast but we knew going into it that we were on our own for breakfast. Not a deal breaker. Would absolutely stay here again.

Pros: Decent dining options around the hotel. Close to public access beaches etc.
Cons: Breakfast not included in stay, and the "complimentary" breakfast item cost money. Housekeeping was very loud in a old building, thin walls I'm guessing.
As other reviews stated, this hotel is very dated.
All in all, clean and a good place to crash.
Only free things there: the coffee served from 7a-1030a, the wifi, and the pool.

My room was not inviting I don’t expect to find torn dirty furniture.My suggestion is inspect the rooms that was not what I expected especially since I was told the hotel had been renovated. Lobby and backyard areas are wonderful!!
