We were put in a room that the AC didn't work and the blinds wouldn't open and they immediately rectified the situation and moved us to a different room. We have stayed here multiple times and the only thing negative is they charge for breakfast when right next door at the Hampton it's free

This was by far the worst stay out of many other stays at other Hilton properties. I have never been charged for parking at a Hilton Garden Inn nor was that charge explained on the booking website. The room looked like it needed ro be refurbished. The housekeeping staff did not clean or restock the room with linens or consummables. The duvet had a large rip in it, several of the towels were threadbare, the room clock didn't operate, the sink was clogged and very slowly drained and there was no safety mat for the shower. I believe some monetary refund is in order...when might I expect that refund?

I’ve stayed here before and had a better experience. However this stay wasn’t the best. I felt that the room was dingy and I guess housekeeping is done every other day and that’s something new for me. I understand it’s policy so I can’t really get upset about that change but for the money that was paid I had higher expectations for this hotel. The hotel staff were very nice professional and courteous during my stay. I also feel that they should update the property. The bed was uncomfortable and hard to sleep on.

The hotel staff were nice but my room needed updating. The window blinds were broke so I had to get a chair to stand on and manually roll them up. The bedding is old and the pillows need replacing. For the price I paid for the room, I expected better quality.

For starters the room i booked wasn’t an available so I had to settle for a different suite with a small bed and there was no monetary compensation. There were shabby repairs done to water damage that was visible in the room. Lifting tiles in the bathroom. 3 of my 4 days I killed bugs in the room.

The staff were great, professional, and accommodating. Beds were comfortable. However there was hair on the shower walls and on the bath cloths when I arrived. The room wasn’t throughly cleaned

Where should i begin. It's a no smoking hotel but my room smelled like someone was smoking in it. The room was out dated the carpet was run down the bath tub was dirty so was the pull out couch. The room had a odor to it which was not plesant i must say along with it smelling like smoke. My overall stay there was not good. Normally we will stay to check out time but we didnt we got up early before 8 got the kids together and left as quickly as possible.

Hilton should stand by its reputation. It was because I had believed that staying there would ensure clean, quiet retreat when you spend many hours in a car.
Not. Not in this case.
The only good thing was a very friendly and helpful receptionist.
The whole hotel had scratches and dents in baseboards and casings, coloured in a terrible shade of brown.
Room facing the hiway had no sound blocking windows and no blackout curtains.
Furniture was all scratched, mattress 100 years old did not give any support. One of the night lamps did not work.
Too bad I did not think of making pictures.

Toilet was dirty shower knob to turn the water on was loose pull chain for the curtain was broken I told front desk Saturday morning around 8:00 a.m. and they did not send maintenance until 5:30 p.m. it took too long . Not enough pillows

The property is lovely, however, the rooms decor is dated and could use an upgrade and paint touch up in areas throughout the room, like the bathroom and ceiling.

Staff is great and friendly. Room was clean, bed was super confortable.. But I had a horrible experience due to a huge amount 9f noise, people partying on the rooms and chatting, laughing, screaming on the corridor until 4 am. At some point I had to go to the corridor to complain. Staff was not aware and did nothing. I paid for a hotel room to have a nice night 9f sleep with my daughter that had a competition Sunday early morning, and had barely slept! A nightmare!

In my opinion, the property itself and its staff was outstanding, my only few issues were that the rooms needs to be updated, and breakfast should be free, i believe that i paid enough for my stay that at least i could've had an good free breakfast, when there are hotels across the street that does so.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel immensely. I was supposed to stay for four days and ended up here for 6! OG the waitress is a doll and made me feel at home. Jessica , Jeff , Rusty and everyone else there are amazing. Thank you for everything and I will be back. Melissa

Property was nice and night desk clerk was fine. But there was hair on the blanket that was on the bed and the keurig in the room was dirty. But the morning desk clerk said the one in the lobby was clean because they clean it everyday.

Unfortunately, we had a rough stay. The halls reeked of pot, both nights we intended to stay had big events, and we ended up leaving early because of how noisy the hotel was overall and particularly loud neighbors. This hotel has an event center, which was a surprise (now I know to always look). We just wanted a quiet place to stay to visit friends. When we checked out early, they didn't offer anything other than to move us to a different floor. We will definitely not be staying here again.

The hotel lobby was fabulous. As was the service. Thre room itself was ok, but the bed was hard and made noise when you moved. The filters in the ac unit we’re very dirty, caused my husband to need his inhaler. It was not quiet, and when the pool was open we could hear all the noise from it. We will not be staying at this hotel again.

Everything was fine other than at check in I waited over 5 mins for someone to come to the desk. my last day when your trying to sleep and it’s 7AM and you have people slamming doors for an hour. The bathroom was not stocked properly. The shower gel was empty and I had a conditioner by the sink where the lotion was supposed to be.

Love love love staying everyone is so sweet and they were great with my dog. Could use exhaust vents in bathrooms and have ac vent in there but other than that I love my stays there

Stay was amazing. This was a last minute stop. I booked online and paid a small deposit fee which was quick. Everyone at the desk was super friendly and things were easy. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. No smoke smells. Sheets and bed was super comfy!! The room I purchased was super spacious as well with multiple chairs. My Goddaughter loved the swivel chair especially. Great stay!!

The only problem was the restaurant wasn't open. There is plenty around though. Otherwise everything was great. I stay here every year on my way north.
