Very cute downtown with many halal food options . Executive lounge access was wonderful with multiple drink options and light snacks, coffee/espresso.

The staff both at front desk and in the restaurant were very nice and accommodating.

Perfectly fine business hotel in an absolutely lovely area of London. So many options for food/drinking that are walkable nearby, and the adjacent Angel station can quickly take you elsewhere in London.

After a terrible night in another property we switched to this one nearby the BDC

Location was very convenient- staff was very accommodating- beds were very comfortable. Had a great 4 night stay

Nice hotel. Was able to book at the last minute and even then the check in was super smooth. Very convenient for work in the Business Design Centre (next door), however this does pose son inconvenience when there is an event on as the front gets incredibly busy.

Overall a good place to stay for a short vacation in London. Will stay here again

Booked a last minute stay at this hotel as we needed a place to stay for the night. When we arrived, apparently the hotels check-in system was down and the staff did not know which rooms were clean and which were dirty. The staff were very stress and obviously had not been trained to deal with this situation. Many guests were complaining that their rooms were dirty. The staff then had to physically check which rooms were ready for guests. We waited over an hour to be checked-in. Once we finally got to our room, the bathroom wasn't very clean. Limescale and grime. It needed a proper clean! The A/C in the room was also very loud, meaning we didnt get much sleep at all... Not acceptable for a four star hotel. We'd like a refund.

Great neighborhood, nice staff, good breakfast. I am staying in a suite with my family and it is very spacious for four people with a place to work for myself and my husband in addition to a private bedroom, so we can close the door from the kids who are very comfy on a pull out bed.

The friendly staff were very helpful. Our room was comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The location was extremely convenient.

From entering the foyer … taking our details .. enjoying all the facilities .. beds very comfy … room spacious .. breakfast plentiful .. this hotel excelled on all points. Staff are extremely happy to please and would certainly recommend you stay here ..

The location of the hotel is perfect for what we wanted. It’s our 2nd time staying there. Some parts of it are lacking like the service and communication, the cleanliness of the rooms in the hallways was just OK. I do like the breakfast that’s probably the best thing about it.

Good room, bed and shower. Coffee at breakfast almost undrinkable.

We weren’t allowed to check in until after 6-30 as the Arsenal football team were staying there, meant we could even change for dinner. Finally checked in at 10 !

Room Was best decribed as totally UPS Toilet not cleaned, breakfast have earlier Been fine, but quality lowered. After 8-10 visits to This hotel, Will look for different hotel in The future

It was good

I spent two nights during a recent business trip and it was a terrible experience. I was put into a room with no heat (heating unit broken). Asked to move to a different room and I was told the hotel is fully booked, even though I didn't unpack and checked in at 3pm. Staff seemed like they just want to say no, and move on with it. Maintenance came to try to fix and promised that heat would work again after 20 mins. Well it didn't, at least during my stay there. Outside temperature was 25 F and inside felt like 50 even with 2 portable heaters. Breakfast starts at 7am, simply not early enough if you are in London for business. Bathroom smelled like sewer. Bed was clean and comfortable but decor is outdated.

My room wasn’t clean. I accidentally booked service access room. I requested for change but reception was very rude and didn’t help me at all even if they have so many vacant rooms.

They tried to charge me three time in total. I paid before my arrival then they tried to make me pay there. Once i had left the hotel and was on my way home they charged my account AGAIN!

Unfortunately, the hotel is a bit rundown now. It is still clean, but needs better maintenance with paint jobs and attention to aesthetics. During my 3 nights there in December, the heat did not seem to work and the boiler broke down for a few hours. This meant a freezing show on a day that had a 40 degrees temperature. The best feature was the breakfast served. It was a very high quality breakfast that was included in my stay. It almost makes me want to go back to the hotel, but they desperately need to pay attention to maintenance.
