They could have cleaned a little better before the next guest takes over the room. There was still debris left in the room upon arrival.

No toothbrush-could not find mine (just moved) and you did not have any??
Room just not comfortably set up and either the AC or the fridge alternated making noise all night

First room given had an odor. Second room the shower wasn’t clean and the drain was clogged.
Something leaked from the ceiling onto the couch and my jackets. Gave them all a foul odor. The front desk was apologetic and responsive. But all the trouble put somewhat of a gray cloud on the trip.

Location was good. I wouldn’t go out at night but it was continently located close to everything in town. Room was not dirty but not clean. Staff was very nice. Breakfast selection was good.

The property is close to a movie theater and there is plenty of dining options oh and pet friendly.

Everything was pleasant but the shared parking doors were a bit difficult to locate because there were no signs. I suggest signs on the doors in the parking lot be placed on the outside of the door, that would be helpful.

A clean bed and room, but at the time I booked, waaay overpriced.
In town for a funeral. The room was clean and, at least on the 10th floor, sufficiently quiet. There is a breakfast buffet, but it consists of flavorless scrambled eggs, flavorless bacon, some bread, and coffee. Ok the mornings I was there, the juice machine was out of order and there were no waffles offered. If you don’t expect much other than basic accommodations, you won’t be disappointed.

I would have never booked a stay, had I known that it was pet friendly! I had a dog next door to me that barked non stop for two hours! I finally had to get my room changed ! I love pets but they certainly don’t belong in a decent hotel especially ones that have carpeted areas !

We were very disappointed to find out AFTER our check in that the pool was unavailable and under construction as there was absolutely NO indication of this on their emails to us prior to check in, their website, or signage around the property. We chose this location due to its proximity to friends and family we were visiting and having easy access to a pool our kids could enjoy when we weren't with our relatives. VERY disappointed that the staff did not inform us of this prior to check-in and when we asked if there could be anything done about it (as in receiving a discount or checking out a day early), they said they could not since we had already checked in for our stay. Even after we noted all the signage in the hotel said the pool was currently open, staff did nothing to correct it. Very disappointed in this experience.

When we booked hotel we were looking forward to a pools day. The hotel pool was closed! They did not clean our room. Breakfast is disgusting. Definitely doesn't worth the price.

This hotel really needs to improve on their breakfast. Charging up to $349/ night with a very poor breakfast selection. The view in dining room was ok. The powdered egg, and hash browns were not the best. I stay at alot of hotels and for the price they can do better. Room #736 the pull out bed mattress needs to be replaced. The WIFI was in & out and they were trying to say it's phone. I had a hot spot with me that worked just fine on my phone.
The location was good, lots of choices for dinner. ALL American, Applebees, Jamaican, Chinese & a deli. All walking distance. A pharmacy in walking distance if you need anything. Gosh you could give complementary small bottles of water instead of charging $6/bottle for a large bottle. Be sure to buy water locally if you stay there.

My stay was very comfortable. The hotel is in a good and safe area, ample parking, close to the train and bus station.

They dont allow you to use your international travel card - when i have been able to use the same card at other marriotts and even hyatts. Im curious how they expect other international people to pay.
My husband and I arrived after our day wedding only to be told they wouldnt accept our international travel card. So yeah great way to ruin our night. The terrible breakfast next morning was a cherry on top all for $350. Do yourself a favor and only go here if youre really desperate for a hotel room.

Too much street and building constriction around the area.

The room and staff were great. Only complaint is the sink drainage was backed up in the room. We couldn’t wash our hands in the bathroom sink because the water took forever to go down the drain.

Was given a room with a Queen size bed. We reserved a King size bed. Over the week I was there twice I heard people complaining about the room they were assigned and being told to take it up with the 3rd party they booked with. Housekeeping was minimal and didn't bring towels at times. Food was okay at breakfast, except ran out of waffle batter for a few days. Just not up to expectations for a Marriott property.
