Room was very clean and comfortable and staff was great. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Will stay here again!

First time staying at this Comfort Hotel. Location on the boardwalk is great. Walking distance to restaurants and gift shops. I bought a trick kite at the Kite Loft next door! Hooters is 2 doors away! Breakfast is great and the balcony is a great place to read a boo with a cup of coffee from the fully equipped kitchen. We’ll be back!!

Friendly staff, better than most breakfasts

Stay was good

The manager Chris was rude and very disrespectful. Parking has an overflow that we were not told about at checkin but he INSISTED that we were told and was super rude asking us to move. The next day a car without a paking pass was in the same spot and nothing was done about it. Frank the assistant manager was JEM!

Even tho we stayed one night it was a really good experience no complaints

Very nice and clean

The hotel room is quite spacious and clean. Front office that checked us in was fast and quite informative. The breakfast was okay but the room for breakfast is small for the number of guest they have. But it was a pleasant stay overall and would come back again.

The location of the room was perfect with incredible beach views from the balcony. However there was hair in the bathroom that did not belong to us. Overall cleanliness was not great and the room was definitely worn. The front desk staff was extremely friendly upon arrival.

The staff was very pleasant. They greeted us as soon as we walked to the front desk. They explained how to get to the room, when breakfast was and where the pool was located and what time it closed. They explained where the extra parking was located if their lot was full it was also within a convenient location. Our room was very nice had a balcony and a beautiful view of the ocean even from the side of the building where our room was. Our room was very clean and very roomy and even had a mini kitchen to cook along with a small refrigerator to store drinks. If you are looking for a great place I highly recommend them for place to stay. I will definitely be back next year!

Elevator was way too slow. Especially when there was only one

Great stay

The air conditioner blows cold air, however it is right at the top of the bed two feet from your face. The elevator is insanely slow. The staff is nice, no problems parking, the rooms are clean. Breakfast is good, good luck finding a seat though.

Staffs are friendly, right on the boardwalk! Just we r not in the main building, we r in a building in the front , face to the street. It smells not very pleasant. Room is ok, not very clean, like the corner of the bathtub, air conditioning is loud and face to the bed, it is really uncomfortable. Price is good for a boardwalk hotel. Breakfast is included.

This hotel was a dump. STAY AWAY!! The best qualities of this hotel are its location (steps to the beach/boardwalk) and free parking for guests (until 3 p.m. on day of checkout). The property is dated and is quite literally falling apart. If I was the CEO of Comfort Inn, I'd be embarrassed that this was one of my franchises. I don't usually complain unless warranted, and this is abysmal. The carpet is worn, the bathroom door was quite literally falling apart - the doorknob was falling off and the plywood part of the door had separated to the point where we did not feel comfortable fully closing the bathroom door for fear we'd get stuck in there. The toilet seat was peeling and it just felt dingy. On the plus side at least the sheets looked ok and the bed was comfortable - but that was it. When we left our room to go to the beach, we really had to pull the door shut to ensure it closed properly (it was sticking). When we got on the elevator, it was jumpy and old. We likened it to Disney's Tower of Terror - only in real life. It was not worth the high price tag we paid. We will NOT be back.

Front desk staff suck

Everything was mostly fine. One minor gripe was that the carpets were wet (likely just due to the beach and the cleaning involved with sand and the ocean water.) The only other thing which I chalk up to a weird one off was as we were doing our check out we asked if we could borrow the pool key to change (stayed at the beach a little after checkout and didnt have a place to change at that point.) One of the clerks at the counter insisted that he had already given me a key. We hadn't received a pool key up until that point. A little rude but it wouldn't deter me from coming back. They seemed like they were having a rough day (the staff at the counter)

Nicely situated on the boardwalk, the rooms are nothing spectacular and the property is a little old but it was clean.

Greg checked us in. He was wonderful. The room was clean, the amenities in the room were great. Great location. Sofa bed was uncomfortable, which was the only negative. First stay here but probably not the last!
