Like the room decor, view, bathroom and room size. Was very disappointed to find the restaurant unavailable on our stay

everything was up to my standards as when I have stayed there before on my trips to that area in the past

Area is not central, I arrived very late so I didn't go around to be honest. The hotel was clean and tidy. Breakfast has a good price/quality ratio and restaurant for dinner was ok for very simple dishes (Tigella or salad, I don't recommend "complicated" dishes). Overall, ok for business travel.

WiFi in the room is very good allowing for doing work after visiting a customer. The restaurant is good with a limited selection of dishes. Slightly high price too. There are other restaurants in the area. A nice hotel, just a shame about the location as its close to a dual carriage way so there is a bit of road/ traffic noise at peak times. Good for business trips for the Modena area but not so good for families.

The hotel was clean, modern, and had a lot of facilities. If your travelling by car, the place is easy to find and the hotel have many (large) parking lots for free. The parking area is gated and secured with cameras, so your car will stay safe.

Only issue was night clerk had dysfunctional English and the restaurant food was so dry that I ate 3 bites and then just had to leave the plate full, and a refund did not work. But other than that, the hotel is perfect, clean, rooms are beautiful. And I would stay there again.

Business hotel at the periphery of Reggio nell'Emilia, located near very busy roads and a railway, with adjacent industrial buildings. Comfortable indoor parking even if it does not communicate directly with the reception. At the reception and personal services very kind and thoughtful. The room was on the top floor, coming in too much smell of cleaning products and the air was stagnant. "Classic" style furniture is a bit dated. Pleasant wooden floor (we hate carpet). The large glazing does not have mosquito nets, windows can not be left open or otherwise insect stings. It also transmits too much external noise (traffic and cats!). Even the internal doors do not guarantee sufficient acoustic insulation and the door slaps when other guests close their doors. The third bed was in fact a sleeper sofa with a thin mattress. Mattresses are too hard for our tastes. Good sheets and blanket (white). The bathroom was very small and of irregular shape with the ceiling falling very low (less than two meters). The conditioning of the air conditioner either does not work correctly or I can not figure out how it works. Room cleaning could be better (in the bathroom: dust and more on top tiles, rust radiator; in room: stain on wallpaper, imprints on bed head, etc). Breakfast (paid separately) with varieties of sweet, salty foods and hot and cold drinks.

The location is very convenient. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was more than enough for most travelers

I must have had bad luck but heating in Bathroom was stuck, shower hardly worked : room was cold. The restaurant without charm serves however correct food

Normally the American hotels ensure their quality. This time I feel not so good. The hotel need more atention, the front desk staff are not motivated, somthing like a poker face...Not bad, but i will not back again.

this hotel serves good quality breakfast! a little slow in replenishing the hot food items though. pastries, croissants, cakes, rolls were all freshly made, u cd taste the difference! i love the dining room where we had breakfast, just lovely.
