Aside from the check-in process our stay was wonderful. We sat waiting for 2 hours to check in after an 8hr drive. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly but the delay was inconvenient and shortened the time we were able to spend enjoying our brief stay.

This place was great only thing that wasn’t good was that we didn’t have a microwave or a mini fridge.

Very clean and comfortable room. Ocean view was excellent.

We stayed only for one night in the new renovated part of the hotel. Nice big room, very big bathroom, refrigerator, coffee maker. many restaurants. Very clean floors.

The stay was good; however a lot of places in the hotel were closed. Unhappy about having to pay a resort fee when you have limited restaurants and stores etc

It was amazing EXCEPT the pillows are awful. We had a backache every night and couldn’t sleep well because of them

Great experience with the hotel but not so great with how the only time I got reminded of a holding fee was when I got there and was expecting to use the pool area but no I didn't blame the Caesar's hotel but this 3rd party app is bs could of saved more money with just physically going there and finding out the. Having this application handle every and making me believe it's just the final payment of 31.99 at checkout but never explained the other fees that needed to be paid before I physically step into the purchased room....

Lots of food choice, large room and clean. Central location on broad walk and not too busy. Parking is very reasonable during your stay.

The room was spacious and very nice. The bed was comfortable, and the entire set up was great.

First room we were given smelled like smoke. We asked for a non smoking room and front desk insisted it was non smoking, and the smell was because it “wasn’t a renovated room” then tried to upsell a different room. Second room was fine. Old and tired room.

It was a nice room size. Very clean. Comfortable for myself and my family. We did 2 rooms one with a king size bed. Has chargers, refrigerator, iron, blow dryer, desk,safe, well lit.

The stay was amazing the spa was my favorite part

Caesar’s Atlantic City Takes a “Security” Deposit on top of what Hotels.com and holds it Hostage for 31 Days

Non smoking room was fine, while floor smells like smoke covered up with old lady perfume, the worst part was after driving hours to get to Caesar’s, one of the front desk people, who was tall with dark skin lady with braids in hair, was done with checking someone in, so I walked up to her being next in line and she scolded me and told me to back up and get back in line till called to advance, then she fiddled with her computer and helped out another employee, I waited 20 minutes in line and will choose a casino. With nicer staff next time!! I didn’t get a welcome to Caesar’s, just a moment please, I was told to back up and get back in line til called like I was a child

Good stay at Ceasars Atlantic City. Clean and comfortable room with nice big bathroom. Smoking rooms and gambling areas available. Roman decorations give a lavish feel. Room had a partial ocean view from 33rd floor. Housekeeping staff was most pleasant.

The room was clean, but no housekeeping during the stay (2 nights). Not sure why they only allow 2 devices to be connected to wifi.

I specifically requested an ocean view room for our anniversary. What I got was a distant view and up close was commercial HVAC units on rooftops. Very disappointing. Service was fine, dining options were wonderful. Definitely not worth the cost.

The staff was great my first trip to Atlantic City. I highly recommend Caesar hotel

We stayed at the centurion tower which has not been renovated but was still really nice and had everything we needed. Great restaurants and the star of the show was the spa. The ocean tower is renovated and is even nicer.

The hotel was very nice the only issues i had was with the cleaning we had requested the room to be cleaned the 1st day we had no problem the 2amd 3rd day no one came to clean i had to call the front seat they did send someone but the never emptied the garbage the only made the beds the last day the did not clean either

From the front desk check in to check out was smooth. I enjoyed the casino and restaurants. Hotel staff were excellent. I had an upgraded room and i recommend it.

Upon arrival long line and wait for check in then towels and bed had stains no washcloths. Hold time when calling front desk 15-20 mins and people with very bad English kept answering and were no help problem never addressed. Cold water whole time. Booked makeup service was horrible and pressured to tip. Then at check out wasn't asked how my stay was and we i tried to talk to someone was told i could address my concerns with survey

The stay was very short but comfortable. My only complaint was that I had requested in writing for a roll-away bed that never showed up. The room was very clean, bathroom was spacious and had most amenities.

We had issues with when amd how much parking would cost. The gate attendant made us pay up front even though we were still staying 2 more days. When we called the front desk, we were told just to show our room card and we would be let out. Also on one of the elevators (pe2 i think), we had the elevator bounce to a halt so hard that it skipped our floor on the way down.

Perfect choice for a stay in Atlantic City.

And microwave or refrigerator would have been a 5 star review At least a microwave on the floor in the ice machine room. Very pricy mediocre food.
