The room was excellent value for money. Location was 5 minutes walk from the beach and amenities all close by. Slightly aged condition but clean and comfortable.

Carriage House is a lovely, well maintained 1950's style motel. The room and bathroom are adequately sized and we had everything we need.
The best thing is the location. It's a block from the beach. We barely used the car because there are so many restaurants within easy walking distance.
As an added bonus there is a free charging station for the electric car we rented in the beach parking lot a block away.

Our group had a lovely stay at the Carriage House! The A/C was having issues the first 2 days of our stay. Once the air was fixed, we had no issues. The staff was very nice and welcoming. I would recommend staying here if in the Deerfield Beach, FL area!

Good price, great location, rooms can be noisy

The broken air conditioning made it impossible to get any sleep in the room. When they couldn’t repair the a/c, they didn’t even offer a fan to help move the air around. The woman at the front desk laughed at me when I suggested we get some kind of discount at checkout, given the discomfort and inconvenience. Also the floor was so dirty in our room that it stuck to our feet when we got it bed. It’s too bad because the property looks lovely on the outside, but it’s all for show.

Hotel is very clean stop for friendly. The only problem my head the AC broke down about 9 PM and there was no one to contact ended up leaving the hotel at midnight. The room was too hot to sleep in spoke to the hotel in the morning no apology they just said all the rooms lost the AC, not very professional

Although our room was quite old it was very clean & well equipped. The very large fridge / freezer was very good & having a proper table & chairs to dine was appreciated.
Our cleaning lady Sonia was very efficient during our stay along with the office staff of Lester & Mercedes. Parking was also very good.
It was a great location with only a short walk to the beach & eating places. Also not far to drive to a large Walmart if you are self catering or just want to get out of the heat & browse. We would be quite happy to return.

I think i paid 75 quid for 1 night stay driving back from Florida keys area back to Orlando..i was happy with that as nice clean room with everything working well..Pool clean with Tikki style area near by handy for the shade and carpark on site. Very close to beach and several bars and restaurants with 7- 10 minute walk so ticked all the boxes for me and woluld stay longer on next road trip in Florida.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The location couldn’t have been better. A brief walk to the beach and easily accessible to shops and dining.

Carriage House was a good value - clean, quiet accommodations at an affordable price. Very walkable to great beach and surrounding area.
But, Given the comparative price, was not surprised that hotel is dated and not very attractive, very old. Daytime staff was surly. Appreciated daily cleaning and towel refresh, though.

What a hidden gem everything was wonderful so close to the beach great pool and cabana room was updated and super clean. Staff was amazing
