I loved staying at this hotel. Two staff members stood out - Patrick (front desk) and Lucia (dining staff). They were polite, professional, and very good at their jobs! The only disappointing thing was the dinner. It appeared to be very disorganized, a couple of dining the staff were confused on our order and brought out an appetizer with the other persons main meal then wouldn’t bring out my meal because my dining partner had waited for my main meal to be served. My last comment is, it’s an international group and much of the dining staff did not speak English at all, which was very difficult for me and other guest, who did not speak Italian, but spoke English, French, Danish, Dutch, and so forth.

The hotel is a former 18th century villa set in the Berico hills just a short distance from Vicenza. It is beautifully maintained by a staff that could not be more attentive. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. We especially enjoyed cocktails on the patio overlooking the lawn and hills in the fistance.

Very kind people, good rooms, all good except food and wine in the restaurant. Friendly service there, poor winelist and soso food. Just eaten once after arrival in the first evening. But the hotel is fine, rooms, landscape, birds singing in the morning, parking … all very nice.

My mother and I had a great time at this hotel. She was visiting from the States for Mothers Day. She was comfortable and impressed. The local and service were outstanding. The staff were always helpful and approachable. I will be back on my own to relax here and get away from work and city life. I highly recommend.

I loved this place so much. I am a US Army soldier stationed in Vicenza. I brought my mother to Italy for holiday. She really enjoyed this hotel, it's history and the magnificent views. It was quiet and peaceful. The staff were always welcoming and helpful. I will come again on my own if I need a weekend away. This is quite a hidden gem.

We visited a friend in Vicenza and stumbled on this hotel. Everything about it was amazing.

There were not less than 40 bugs inside our suite, we didn’t sleep not even 1 minute because of those bugs.
We were supposed to stay 3 nights and just stayed there that nightmare night, when I told the lady at reception that we were leaving the hotel she tried to charge us the three nights!!! I complained and after 30 minutes she “just”
Charged us that night.
I don’t recommend no one to go there, they do have a plague in all the hotel.

Beautiful old villa just a few km outside Vicenza in a park like setting. Attractive furniture, stylish and with great service. Only problem is the lack of a shuttle to the center of town. Its to far to walk and taxis are Euro 20-25 each way

The experience was terrible because the air-conditioning doesn't work and the hotel is not renovated in a lot of mechanical aspects. So, please, choose another option if you are looking a good conditions for you.
