The room was adequate, but definitely needs updating. The bathroom is very small.
The room was clean and our visit was short, so it met our needs.
Kitchen was being remodeled, so breakfast selections were very limited.

We had a large work box stolen off the back of the work truck we were driving. Apparently there aren’t security cameras in the parking lot and the hotel staff were not concerned or helpful.

This hotel is everything you need in an airport overnight place to stay. The beds are comfortable. The pillows perfect. The service to and from airport is on time and on both of my stays the drivers were exceptional. Don’t be fooled by the slightly outdated decor. This hotel is GREAT

I booked this room because the listing said it offered free roll away beds and we knew we would need one. When we got checked in I was told they didn't offer them. I told the guy at the front that their website says they do and the only response I got was "I know" and a smile. However, that is my only complaint. The staff was nice, everything was clean, and its in a great location. Everywhere we wanted to go was less than a 30 min drive.

I had reservations for three rooms double beds. They gave our room away and gave us a king bed only. Not what I wanted

Breakfast was good and workers were very friendly. The room and facility, however, were quite outdated and not in the best condition. There was a cockroach in the shower, and spiders by the hot tub. The gym was open 24 hours, but the lack of a weight selection limited you from actually working out properly. We stayed for 2 nights. Overall it was okay, but I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

We were in room 400 so we were in a nice quiet room. Total comfort throughout. I was happy that the pool and hot tub were open long hours. Breakfast was very good with spacious seating. Would definitely stay here again.

If Hotel promises you breakfast and they know what time your plane leaves and they lock the fridge refusing to give you yoghurt I think that’s a bad Hotel.

if they also put you in a room that has no lights and then you have to move rooms when they know you’ve only got six hours in the hotel to sleep. I think that’s crap. I’m now beginning to think that anybody who ever stays in this hotel is misguided delusion or fooled just like I was absolutely appalling. Worst place I’ve ever stayed really puts me off ever being in Minneapolis again I’m sure there are other better hotels if you’re reading this run Run like a dinosaur Tyrannosaurus rex was chasing you down the street drop everything run as far away from this place as you possibly can and if you’re lucky, you might have a nice day

We had a four night stay, asked for daily housekeeping, but was missed one day, not a big deal but we didn’t find out until we returned to the room, after midnight, front desk gave us fresh towels so, no problem. Everything was no problem!

Our stay was for 1 night...
The shuttle service from the airport is great! We didn't have any checked luggage to claim, so we called the hotel once we landed, amd they directed us to the shuttle waiting area. The shuttle showed up within approximately 15 minutes, the driver was very nice, and the van was clean. We also scheduled our shuttle back to the airport while we were checking in at the desk.
The front desk staff was very kind and helpful.
The only real negatives we had are that the hotel needs to be updated, the beds need new and better pillows, and there aren't any vending machines for drinks. They have a "market" near the front desk that offers snacks and drinks that can be charged to the room or a credit card, but 1 soda was almost $4.00. We didn't see any convenience stores or restaurants in the area. They have a breakfast area, but they were still setting up when we left to return to the airport. Our flight left very early in the morning.

The hotel staff seemed friendly but the hotel had stacks of supplies visible to visitors and the bedding was dirty. Comforters both had blood or stains on them. Staff switched them out but it felt unclean.

Room had split in ceiling stipple in bathroom, mold around caulking on tub, so awful and hair on toilet that wasn't ours.

Good Points: Quiet, despite nearby airport, clean bedding and bath, wonderful TV choices, great water pressure in the shower. Bad Points: Front desk people were very kind but rarely at the desk. Constant loud alarms at the front desk. Was given an occupied room and surprised a couple in bed. Had to return to desk for another room. Bathroom caulking old and black in places.
