A really pleasant hotel whose staff were a real credit to them. So friendly and helpful and the hotel was a 90 second walk right into the centre of Ypres. Spacious and clean room and a good breakfast option. No permanent bartender and this isn’t a party hotel but a wonderful place to spend a few days in Ypres. There is free parking next to the Hotel but it can get busy and it is first come, first served..

Hotel was lovely. Room not ready at check in time which, after a 6 hour journey was extremely frustrating.

My bedroom was unusual . The furniture was creaky .. the bed made a noise when I sat on it … The chair was squeaky … I suppose it was new and not expensive

Excellent. Convenient historic center location near Menin Gate, cloth hall, restaurants. Room was comfortable. Service was good.

Almost everything was great. Awesome staff, nice and big breakfast, clean and good value. Our AC didnt work so room was very warm and the water pressure in shower was a bit lousy. Also toilett was separated from shower room and didnt have a sink.

This hotel is set back from the main square but very very close.
The decor and furnishings are contemporary - inside the hotel and rooms are very clean.
They are doing construction right in front of the hotel but you can still access the front lobby/doors.

Hotel is centrally located for easy walking to everything in the centre of town. This includes restaurants, shops and sights. Parking is a little challenge but nothing to be concerned about as you can park behind the hotel or underground. Rooms are spacous and well appointed for a mid range hotel. Overall for good value and i would stay here again. Staff were very pleasant.

An excellent, up-market hotel. The staff were very helpful, and of course spoke excellent English. The rooms were very modern and spacious, quite avant-garde, although quite a surprise to see the bathroom sink outside of the bathroom itself! It is a lovely hotel, although breakfast was rather expensive, however, beautifully presented. We would definitely stay there again.

Nicely designed, bright and clean. Great indoor bike storage. A bit thin on staff at times and the bar is unfortunately lacking in all but a few basics. Location is very good with a short walk to the Cloth Hall and Menin Gate. The bathroom setup is a little different. Okay for a couple but would be weird with older kids or friends sharing a room as there is no separate bathroom. The shower and toilet open in to the room.

Only one poor girl left on her own to manage the busy bar and checking area. We waited ages to order. Quite a few frustrated customers around us too who missed out on even getting a drink in the bar as last orders 1030pm but she couldn’t get to serve us because she was too busy. More staff needed

Was amazing located! Hotel room was large and very spacious! Parking was abit scary, I have a 5 meter long car and it was quite tight to get it into the car park but that’s my fault for having a large car! Room was very fresh!

Great checkin, smooth and efficient, the young lady on the bar was excellent, polite, professional and friendly. The 2 rooms were poorly finished in that, no spoons for the tea making facilities, no shower gel or hand wash soap in the dispensers in room 220 and no hand wash soap in the dispenser for room 219, I did mention this to the reception lady at checkout, otherwise superb.
