Horrible place to stay. Dirty rude staff. Will not stay there again.

Everything was great, except a little confusing nearby. A guy, seems to be police, but not exactly wearing uniform stopping a car and talking to them. I wonder if he is a police officer or a scam.

Besides being dated, although the exterior is under renovation.
The interior and rooms are both comfortable and clean.
The only issue to note is our room face the road and the truck noise was quite loud all night

Honestly, thank you for the quiet replenishment of my much needed sleep w / 24 hour flight in plus out of town.

Just myself and two of my kids. We were entertained for hours with the water slide and hot tub! Best place to stay in the area with family

This hotel offers great amenities like free hot breakfast and swimming pool/water slide. However, it's next to a freight train line. I heard 4 freight trains passing by, one hour each. The building trembles. Worst thing is they blew horn. If you want to sleep well or are a light sleeper, this hotel may not be for you.

The hotel is beginning renovations, so it was in upheaval, but the rooms and common area were spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful. The traffic from the highway was noisy since we were used to quiet, rural living.

This was a lovely spacious oldish hotel - it suited our needs very well - we were in Langley for a wedding and our family of 4 was very comfortable! Staff were lovely.

When we visit Surrey Hampton is our choice. Makes our time away to very wonderfully pleasant. Highly recommend the attached Pub for gatherings and meals.

No complains at all. This hotel was one of the best we ever experienced. Just thought the price was TOO HIGH for it.
We had similar on our many trips in the US for half also told by other quest we talked with.

No room service. No restaurant down stairs. Weekend morning breakfast was overly crowded and not properly handled by staff.
Food was not properly placed and thrown around the staff as if meant for barn kettles. breakfast food was oamealte frozen, pre-boiled hard eggs, not fresh looking oranges with rotten stains. Messy waffal cooking area. o yes... wood knives, fork and spoon actually broken while eating ...so week with ineffective use. But apples were fresh...for sure.

Nice hotel. The breakfast was great. Lots of options and changed each day the hot items. Our room was a little tired in the bathroom, but it was clean. I think because we have a dog they don’t give you the most renovated rooms. Staff very nice. Pool was clean. Great stay.

Used this hotel for proximity to business I was visiting. Was fine as far as hotels go. Main areas were nice and updated, rooms were a bit dated but not bad. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the attached Fox and Fiddle pub for a couple of meals. Was a quick trip so didn't try any of the other amenities. All in all a decent experience but nothing exceptional.

We stayed for four nights and felt very happy with our choice. The beds were comfy and the breakfast was good with lots of choices.

We love this hotel. Third year in a row staying there, great with kids and large group of friends as lots of places to sit. Complimentary breakfast is a great option and the restaurant is quite good. Disappointed in having to sign up for the pool over the weekend as we’ve never found there to be an issue with it being too chaotic in the past but I’d imagine they have their reasons. Will definitely be staying here again!

Staff, facilties, ans servicds inside the hotel were awesome. Unfortunately Langley is a bit further away from Vancouver tha we anticipated, and the limited dining in the area reachable by foot (due to distance and limited sidewalks) left us a bit bummed. A ton of food delivery was available, but it is what it is. The water slide was absolutely adored by the kids. Hot tub was awesome for the adults.

Had a great stay, we arrived early on a busy Friday, initially we were going to have to wait until check in at 3 but they were just finishing up cleaning a room and were able to get us in.
The kids had a blast on the slide at the pool.
The breakfast was really good with a ton of options, waffles, cheese omlette, sausage patty, breakfast potatoes, oatmeal, ceareal, muffins, bread, bagels, yogurt, fruit
