Got there during terrible storm which wasn't helpful, but no free parking, terrible slow check in when we were soaking wet didn't endear me to the location. Lifts not working didnt help as well as poor bar area, serving no food!

Essentially ; as expected for a beach hotel

The pool was closed for winter even though it is still hot. The air conditioning is shut off even though it is still hot.

My second stay in this hotel. First was very good. This time round had problems with the A/C. It gave off a horrible smell sometimes and it was not cooling well enough. Apart from that everything else was OK

Good place to stay if you are going to Rototom Reggae Sunsplash, close to the beach and to the festival area, close bus stop to the festival.

The hotel is good. Located in a goid area. Its clean and staff are nice and friendly. Its great for this attending Rototom Festival. I just wish they served more vegan friendly food. Overall, I am pleased and would recommend it and stay there again.

I have stayed 3 times and the hotel is OK. But this time a man was climbing along the balconies in 6th at floor at night!!! My door was open and when he recognized me he went to next balcony and then down the fire rescue stairs... I tried to call the police via the reception, but the telephone didnt work properly and they didnt react. So there is no security in this hotel. The cleaning lady hat left the balcony door one time open and the left door couldnt be locked anyway. The next morning i discovered talkum powder allong all balconies in my floor: obviously they climb along regularly...

Staff was very pleasant upon arrival. Great pool area and private balcony. Stayed here for Rototom and it was a close 25-30 min walk from the festival.

The hotel was very nice and location was perfect. The staff was not friendly when we checked in. My relative drove into the parking lot just to show us where to park (we were following) and she had to pick up a parking ticket. When we went into the front desk, they charged her 6 eur for just driving in and out. She was approx 5 - 10 minutes in the lot. We thought that was extremely unfair. The gentlemen on staff was very rude. It was not a nice introduction to the hotel. The staff was very friend when we checked out the next day.

It was a great time there. I like whole hotel ver y much. The only thing yo say is that in our room were ants, and we were on the 5th dolor. Except that, it was so nice.

We were at the 5th floor and as usual when I book a room via Expedia booking or hotels.com I've a very awful room. Direct view with the garbage instead the swimming pool. The room stinks a mix of garbage and food (friture). The bathroom was very old. The products bath gel shampoo etc.. in very old fashion little bags. We were lucky there was a reggae festival. And we heard from 10:00pm to 4/5:00am the concerts. There were no isolation. The door and wall were so tiny that we heard everything from outside. They need to change if not they will have customers like me we will never go back in this hotel and also all the winter hotels.

Great hotel staff, location and pool area. However, the food menu and rooms are literally stuck in the 70s and Im not joking. This is sad because the service and friendliness is great. Management need to make an investment.

Great location for the FIB. Hotel gets busy around this time. Great breakfast with big choice. Rooms could do with a refresh but they are clean and tidy.

Staying for the festival so prices jumped 300% though location perfect. Aircon in the room was pretty awful but did just enough so we could sleep. Anything better than a tent but this place at what we paid was definitely not worth it. Also had the cheek to charge for parking and indoor pool on top of the already high price even though the room advertised free parking. Rooms were always clean and staff were polite. Great for €50/night not so great for €200. All of the hotel very dated.

Hotel ideally - located for easy access to Rototom festival. 5 Min by taxis or 15 - 20 min walk. The hotel is located 5min walk from the beach, The hotel, it self was very comfortable friendly and very welcoming. Unfortunately never really got to sample the many facilities that the hotel offered- Swimming pool , breakfast and dining rooms. Reception staff were helpful, The only down side was that we requested a early morning call for Breakfast - this failed to happen on on three separate occasions, When we finally got round reporting this to the reception. Only for an hotel engineer to attend our room and found that the room phone was not plugged in - Oh well !!!! Still Great Hotel and Great location for Rototom Festival goers
