Place was nice and clean! Our villa was roomy!!
Beds not so much.. mine leaned downward off the side and pull out bed was HARD!

I reported a concern about the room being next door to mechanical room an there was a compressor that kicked on multiple times for 20-30 seconds at a time during the night.
They said, since I booked thru a third-party an got some kind of special that they save the good rooms for their owners and direct clientele people. I thought the lady was kinda haughty and didn’t really want to hear any complaints. I was just trying to do it for their own benefit and you know there is a lot more places to stay in Branson, Mo than that place.

Very enjoyable at the resort. Resort kept us informed daily about events taking that day. Very clean, room was spacious, well equipped. Sofa bed was not very comfortable to sit on. Bed was VERY NICE. The area was quite from cory traffic. Resort Staff pleasent.

The property was nice! We did not like that we paid in full 2 months in advance for a non-accessible room and they gave us an accessible room and acted as if that was what we asked for before finally admitting they were overbooked and because we checked in late and it was spring break we had to get what was left. Unprofessional and although corporate stated that was not their policy nothing was done.
The room was to be cleaned on our second day, which they did not come. I will not stay here again given they give your room away and overbook using accessible rooms as their catch all.

The staff was very nice upon our arrival, and they maintained good communication (via text) of the scheduled events and any changes to these events (i.e. s'mores, crafts, etc.) The property is conveniently located to the main strip and many nature areas. For having so many other families with kids on sight at the same time, the property was very peaceful. The indoor pool/hot tub was the only pool that was open at the time of our visit (early spring break), but the outside pool areas looked nice, even though they were covered for the season. At night, we could hear the collective singing of the nearby frogs, which was a nice touch to our evenings. Our only complaint is that our room needed more hooks and/or bars in the bathroom (or the room in general) for hanging towels and other wet items.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and provided all necessary basic equipment. Our trip was during an ice/snow storm. The property maintenance crew worked diligently to make sure the sidewalk and walkways were salted and clear. Would stay here again.

The only thing I would improve on is an hour earlier check in and hour later check out. It is currently 4:00 and 10:00. 3:00-11:00 would be nice.

Amazing. Came with siblings and loved our VILLA stay. Would recommend to anyone who wishes for a quiet, safe, and relaxing home.

Very nice place, they had a lot of fun activities throughout the stay (some did cost). Game room that didn’t cost any additional money. The indoor heated pool and hot tub were well maintained. I saw staff cleaning the premises during the whole stay. Bed was comfortable, the couch was ok and the pull out bed wasn’t the most comfortable but worked for our short stay. They have what looks like a very nice set up for outdoor games and good size outdoor pools but we stayed in December. I would definitely stay here again.

Our room was top notch. First of all the bed was the most comfortable one we have ever had in a nights stay in a hotel. Our bedroom had a ceiling fan and that made it even better. Made it feel just like home. Everything was so clean and well kept. Our room was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay.

The king bed was so comfortable and the bathroom had a wonderful shower and lighted makeup mirror. The refrigerator and microwave were very convenient.

Property was very clean and quiet. The thermostat in our room was not working when we checked in and the staff was able to have it fixed by the time we came back from dinner and putt putt. Truly impressed with the cleanliness. Absolutely recommend!

liked location, felt safe, parking was good, room size was good, grounds were nice. mattress was awful, room had a handicap accessible shower and water ran 2 to 3 foot out of direct shower area so you had to towel dry the floor each shower, quite a bit of mildew or mold was along the edge of the shower, the closet made our clothes smell like "mothballs" or your 90 year old grandma.

Clean and quiet condos, and family friendly. Lots of activities at the resort, and beautiful pool and hot tubs as well. Loved that they had a life guard, and the condo units themselves were well appointed and it was a bonus that there were a washer and dryer in the unit too. It was great to come home with clean clothes in the suitcase! Also close to many of the theatres and events. Highly recommend this property!

We have stayed at the Willow Ridge Lodge many times. We always love it. It is definitely a little on the expensive side when you book during the summer, but you get what you pay for - the pools are amazing, activities are great, rooms are wonderful, beds comfortable. Everything is top of line. This place is like a home away from home. It’s an absolutely beautiful property with everything you need to have a perfect vacation.

This place was one of the best Branson has to offer. It was by far our favorite place we have stayed. It was clean. It was spacious. Gave out home vibes. And the staff were very friendly. And the pool area was so nice. We will definitely stay again.

Marriott Willow Ridge Lodge was clean and close to everything we wanted to do in Branson. The room was spacious and very clean. Indoor and outdoor pool was great for our family. We would certainly stay here again.
