Hotel was in a great area. They had a party going on the evening we stayed and it was extremely loud. We had to call several times to the front desk to ask them to quiet the party. It was in the central area where all rooms could hear it. Would not stay again or recommend.

In the room Floor had cracks, Celling has water damage mark. Front desk person not nice!

The property is nice and clean and is very centrally located. Shops and restaurants are in easy walking distance.

Great location near cathedral and not very far to violin museum. Museum is a wonder!

Unusually designed hotel in Cremona. Street sign is hard to read as you drive by. Kind of cold welcome by the young lady staff at the reception. The more senoir lady the next day was much better, friendly and helpful. Rooms are modern design felt more like 1980s, OK for 4 stars but no more. Amenities are OK, just. Parking was full so we had to park elsewhere which was a bit disappointing. Location is perfect. Breakfast with eggs and cold buffet was OK. All is all it's worth the money and the location by itself justifies booking a room here.

Very nice hotel. Modern mimalamist design to rooms but comfortable and spacious. Staff very pleasant and professional. Breakfast was a very nice buffet which changed on a daily basis so nice choice

Lovely hotel in the perfect location in the middle of the old City. Unfortunately there is some deferred maintenance, and there is hardly any light in the bathroom!

This small hotel is in an old building in the heart of Bergamo. Wonderful architectural work has given the hotel a fabulous modern feel. We loved it.

The service was a little grumpy but some reception staff members were friendly.The rooms ok but it directly faced the exhaust pipes from somewhere in the basement and, just as the rest of the hotel, felt really dark and heavy. The bathroom was ok too but so dark I could barely shave my face.I didnt pay attention but breakfast was included; yet nobody even reminded me of that when I checked in so I realized I paid for nothing at the check out. Not entirely their fault but wouldnt have hurt to inform me about their breakfast beforehand.The worst part is that checking out is 10:00 am and non negotiable, which I find unbelievable for a 4 star hotel. Felt like a youth hostel.Also, there was tea and non complimentary water but with cheap plastic cups that dont really belong there. The noisy fridge didnt help either.

Nice size room, comfortable king bed, very clean. The best performing airconditioning we had on our trip. Poor lighting for this very dark decor. Public areas were hot, some air but it was July. The included continental breakfast was nice with good variety. Location was great only a few blocks from the Main Square "Piazza del Comune". The Stradivari Museum was great and very worth the trip. We enjoyed mixing with local people at the many restaurants around the main square area. Also some of our best food and service was in Cremona.
