Increíble las albercas, el servicio de todo el staff, muy buena la comida, los drinks en la alberca. Lo único es que hay algunas áreas que necesitan renovación, la alberca de juegos de los niños estaba con el agua fría, una de las canchas de tenis requiere nuevo piso, pero la verdad que todo lo demás excelente.

We loved the grounds, the spaciousness of the rooms, the climate, etc. The service at the pool was very slow. The food was expensive.

This hotel is great to check-in and don't leave the premises until it's time to check-out. The restaurant is pretty good and allows guests to experience some local flavors. The swimming pool area is so spacious that even with the hotel at full capacity the place didn't feel crowded. The landscape is great to relax and enjoy a fun time with the family, including kids since the water slide and the entertainment area keeps them busy.

The hotel is a good 7/10, set on a private, gated and guarded development amongst beautiful giant Laurel trees. We live in Mexico City and are frequent visitors to Ixtapan de la Sal for weekends. The hotel has a fantastic pool with a hot jacuzzi and a swim up bar at one end and a toboggan slide and brilliant kids area at the other end so if you have kids they are going to love it. We don't have kids and sit at the other end and the noise is definitely not intrusive. They could use new garden furniture as a number of the loungers are a bit rusty on the bottom of their feet with jagged edges which I am sure could give you a nasty cut if you were to stub your toe on them. They are good quality and comfortable, they just need replacing. Waiter service is attentive and food and drinks are reasonably priced. The restaurant also has a nice breakfast buffet selection of hot and cold foods and a fresh omelette/quesadilla section. Evening meals are nice and well priced also. Rooms are well appointed although the terrace could use a table and chairs even though there is a bench seat. We have also stayed in a room with a private plunge pool before which was a good idea but would be much better if the pool was heated. Lobby staff are excellent and went above and beyond by allowing us to check out, then stay by the pool until late afternoon and then letting us shower and change in the spa before our drive back. We like that :-)

Nice hotel with great service. We stayed for a night in a room with private pool and it was great experience. The only problem was that we were there on a weekday and we had to wait a little bit to get helped... Spa looks really nice although again their services are limited Mon-Wed. We will probably come back with the kids and stay during the weekend!

Booked room for 3 nights including breakfast. Every morning when bill came, told them it was paid for; they didn't take my word and every morning they kept me waiting for 15-20 minutes while they were 'checking'..... annoying and third word treatment. Food sucks in their only restaurant; quality of meats fish and chicken were non descriptive , just awful. Only redemption they had was their spa and the massages & facials were excellent. My therapist Cristina is the best thus hotel has! I love her! Great person, great service, great karma!

Quickly check in, beautiful views at the hotel , climated pool and hot jacuzzi . Affordable food and drinks! Lovely stay. Family and kids environment all enjoy it. Spa unbelievable!!

The hotel is wonderful. The grounds are breathtaking. There is a beautiful pool and jacuzzi. The restaurant issurprisingly reasonable. The room, while not luxurious, was clean and comfortable with a lovely view. The receptionist, Marco, was actually much more of a concierge and made our stay memorable. Everyone was friendly, courteous, attentive and efficient. The only drawback was that we had no car for 2 days and the hotel is a little isolated (about 2 miles to town). Taxis are very cheap, though.

I really recommend this hotel specially the SPA services...If you have kids you could use the child care services

Great weekend getaway from DF. 1 1/2 drive from DF, take the toll road easy drive, pool, great brunch, great fish. Will come back again, this is our second time at the hotel. Room 205
