Over $500 for the overnight stay on a Saturday in the earth tower and the room had a cockroach in the bathroom, air-conditioning only works if you set temp to 60F otherwise turns heat on even if you make it 66F, conditioner bottle empty, hotel full of kids, casino felt empty for a Saturday.. Overall disappointed.

Went to the Mohegan Sun for the 1st time, for a concert. Great venue for a show, parking, check in, was a breeze! Staff was amazing, very friendly and answered any questions. Compared to the Turning Stone casino or Del Lago in central New York…Hands down the Mohegan Sun blows them away!! Great place!

I love Mohegan Sun! The room was very large, clean and comfortable. It is such a beautiful hotel with many dining options. The only complaint was that both pools were closed which we were not told about upon arrival. I called while we were still there and complained and they gave us a $50 credit.

Hotelroom nice but food options are very limited and extremely expensive!! Gym is as ok. Room will not be serviced until you ask for it!

The food was very good. Service was as excellent and staff were very accommodating and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again. The price is a little high but it was worth it.

Beautiful hotel! Clean and smells nice. Bed was comfortable but the sheets were a little scratchy.

Italian restaurant was not great. We wish we had gone to the pub upstairs that had fresh oysters.

Hotel lobby is stunning! Accommodated a move to a King room on top floor with a great view which was appreciated. Room was modern and nice but two things really took away from it— the bed was ROCK HARD and very uncomfortable to sleep on, and the shower had hairs on the walls from previous users. For the price paid we expected a clean and comfortable experience which was unfortunately lacking.

Room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed for two days we were there for a concert at the Arena. The food options amazing , staff super friendly and kind. Overall a wonderful experience ñ

Super clean and smalls good! Stayed at Earth Tower and the property is very well played out and easy to walk. Property is very self contained and has plenty of options for dining and shopping. Love that it’s non smoking. 100% will go back

We had an amazing experience. The property is very pretty and the casino is nicely mapped out. We loved the restaurant and shopping options. The cherry on top was our upgrade to the Suite 51219 in the Earth Tower! It was perfect!😊☺️

Our first time here. Staff throughout the property were friendly and super helpful. Food and drinks were great at the places we visited. Beautiful inside - a little chilly so definitely bring long sleeves. Amazing time- we'll be back!

For a first time going to this place, I was confused and dissapointed. I circled the property before driving up to a parking lot security guard to ask of where to park. I was looking for a garage that beared my hotel name. He guided me to the correct garage. After parking, I had to WALK a coutry mile to get to where I though I would have to check in (Now I'm fully capable of walking this distance, but I'm sure some of the other patrons are not, and thus the need of autowalk or a conveyor walk platform). Whoops wrong desk. Very little navagation for a first time vistor to navagate themselves. I finally found the correct kiosk after 3 attemps trying to find the right kiosk to sign in and get my room key. So another long walk back to the wing of which I was staying. Get settled in. Room was nice and comfy, then back down to the main floor and another loooong walk to the esculator downstairs to the reseraunt that I wished to eat at. I felt since all the inconviance I endured walking so far to get anywhere, that they weren't going to get any of my money gambling so I ate, stayed and left in the morning. I won't be coming back until the utowalk is installed for me and others!!

One of the nicest places I've ever stayed at, and the nicest casino hotel I've ever stayed at. Runner up is the Borgata in Atlantic City.

Casino was just as it should be clean fun staff helpfull only thing not like about cascino no alcohol served on floor while playing

Easy kiosk for check in !

Although room was not ready until 1/2 hour after check in..Upgrade was great, room was beautiful, comfort was excellent.

Kiosk check in was broken. I never received a room ready notification. I reserved 3 rooms for my stay and they were on 3 different floors. We should have had all 3 on same floor. The reservation confirm did not give clear directions as to where to park in relation to our hotel room.

We were given keys that opened 1109 in sky tower. After unpacking and having dinner we went back to our room and our card keys didn’t work. Upon waiting at front desk we were told our room was in earth tower. We tried explaining what happened but they didn’t believe us so off to earth tower room 1109 we went. Opened the door and guess what our belongings weren’t there! Back to the desk to wait again and they finally gave us new keys for the sky tower room and lo and behold there was all our things. What an ending to our 52nd wedding anniversary!

Absolutely amazing

We were up for a combination of our 25th wedding anniversary and to see a concert on site. While the overall experience was somewhat positive, the NEGATIVE comes from our room. While we were on there from after the concert until we left the following morning, our toilet seemed to be refilling throughout the night, making a loud screaming sound we thought was the fire alarm. 5 times between 10 pm and 7 am we had to get up and flush the toilet to stop the loud sounds. At $400 a night we expected MUCH better, and next time we visit for a concert we will stay off of the property. The convenience of staying on the property was outweighed by the price of the room and the faulty plumbing keeping us up all night. Add the fact EVERYTHING is automated (usually a good thing as checking in and out was seamless and fast) but if you have some issues like we did the only recourse is to get on a super long slow line to speak with staff. Overall I would NOT recommend staying on site and would avoid it if at all possible. If I had the desire to be 100 deep on a line in one of the few help desks I surely would have requested a refund. Foxwoods and AC casino/hotels a much better choice. We loved the place when we arrived and hated it before we left

We love how clean and safe everything is and we love the beautiful rooms! The staff at the hotel is wonderful and accommodating. We love the shopping and restaurants and my daughter loves the two pools! We can't wait to go back!
