As a budget stay, everything was fine. No bells and whistles, but no red flags either. We arrived very late and clearly woke the overnight staff to check in, but they were professional, friendly and helpful. Fine stay for what we needed (something cheap and on our path of travel)

Property was ok. Room not bad. Went to breakfast and was told they were out of just about everything.

This was 3rd one we stayed at and cost a lot more being sat. Wi if didn’t work , ice was on 1 st floor. We were on 3rd . Heated pool was to cool hot tub was full of foam , felt like bubble bath . Breakfast was not good at all . Waffles were frozen no waffle maker like others. Toaster broken, juice machine broken and they had to get someone to make more coffee. Not good over all.

It has laundry listed on amenities. They do not have laundry. You have to go tothe gas station across the parking lot and most of the machine do not work. Breakfast is lame.

Picked this hotel for location. It was ideal for the places I wanted to see. Overall, very good value.

I was riding the Mickelson Trail and stayed here for a couple nights as hub. It was perfect place to stay, get some sleep and shower.

Great place to stay, pool and hot hub very clean also and so quiet. Friendly staff. Only one thing. The windows could use a good washing. Otherwise rates very good on my scale. Breakfast area great and very clean and tidy too.

Close to hill city shops. Had a really good burger at Hill City Cafe. Close to Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park and Keystone.

Very convenient location with a reasonable price central to many Black Hills sites. Hill City had lots of eating choices and stores. Breakfast was always full and clean

The room was clean and in good shape but outdated. Breakfast was the biggest bummer. Cold, boiled eggs and Eggo waffles. Staff was Great! Very convenient location.

Came in for work, advertised WIFI, and breakfast. WiFi didn’t work, I talked to Mark the desk clerk, told me awe it’s always bad, here’s the manager, contacted manager, he told me to go to conference room, so not available in my room. Breakfast was frozen waffles, man handed by people. Boiled eggs were over cooked. The pool had oil on top of the water. There wasn’t a do not disturb sign, so didn’t appreciate that. The toilet top was cracked, the hair dryer plug was damaged, and the bath tub was so high, I almost fell getting out.

Old and tired property. We were on 2nd floor and you could hear the people above us walking around. Could hear what our neighbors were up to. Some staff were friendly and nice - others didn't want to be bothered.

Parking lot is small and slopes. Strong order of MJ in hallway and next room. Staff took care of it but smell lingers. House keeping did excellent job. Breakfast was boiled eggs (cold) and frozen waffles. Cereals and toast.

The hotel and room was not fancy, but clean and the staff were very friendly and accomodating. The hotel is located downtown Hill City with shops and dining within walking distance. Centrally located to the Black Hills and Custer State Park. I would definitely stay again.

Actually, didn't stay here. I had to cancel my reservation because of car issues and they didn't charge me despite their right to. I thought that was awesome!

Some of the issues we experienced were beyond the control of the property. The parking lot was overwhelmed by Motorcycles and didn’t leave much for other guests. With Main Street blocked off it was a little challenging to access- but once we got our bearings it was much better.
The hotel was no frills. It was clean but dated. Breakfast was what you’d expect for a continental breakfast. Everyone got a decent night sleep and a hot shower. We would stay here again if the need arose.

The property was a good shape. The only problem with the rooms Are that you can hear the people in the other rooms around you. With that said I would definitely stay at this property again.

We loved it in Hill City! And this hotel was located in walking distance to everything we needed and centrally located for all the sites in the Black Hills.

All the stuff are very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were run down. A/C could barely keep up and the room always felt muggy. Was somewhere to lay our head for the night during rally. Glad to see they had a fridge and microwave in the rooms and the pool was great to give my kids something to do. They need to update their breakfast options. Really could have done something other than frozen waffles…

The pool and hot tub areas were good. They were clean and well maintained. The parking was very crowded and sometimes hard to find. The sink was clogged when i arrived. It was fixed quickly.
