There was too much noise coming from the heater/AC and fridge all night. We couldn’t sleep, and we had to catch an early morning flight from JFK.I booked this hotel just because its location is just 10 miles away from JFK Airport, and it is very easily accessible from the highway.

Value prices for the area. It dud feel safe.

It had roaches because they have kitchens

This property is filthy. I had roaches in my room and was told by Alex the overnight customer service representative at the desk that this was normal because customers stay here for a long period of time and they are dirty. I asked for housekeeping and was told they were unavailable. I asked to be moved to another room and he couldn’t accommodate my family and I and the could he would’ve had to get approval from his manager whom he allegedly called several times and there was no answer. Alec had no way to rectify the situation and there were no managers available even the next morning when he said they would be. This is the highest form of unprofessionalism and a health hazard. The fact that this property has no basic standard operating procedure to deal with issues is a no go. Please do not go to this property they will allow you book a room and not have it once you get there and will refuse to give you a refund as well. Alex needs an abundance of training on customer service. I will never come back to that property ever again

It was, peaceful, clean and rifht off the highway, close to quite a fre things!! I enjoyed it!!

Staff was terrific.
