I was woken up by the maintenance drilling. Then they knocked on my door twice at one point almost forcing there way in, thankfully I had the top lock in . I was so disappointed.

This was less expensive than places near LGA and we learned that you get what you pay for. It had the least comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in, and because of its proximity to the highway, it was like a drag race was going right through our room the whole night. We survived for the one night but would not go back.

They charge $20 for overnight parking. Facility is clean but it’s an old building

The mattress on the bed had no support so I woke with a backache. The AC was either broken or just operated poorly as it was a balmy (and by that I mean HUMID) 75° or so… I had it cranked down to 68° though! It really wasn’t a comfortable stay.

I booked a room at this hotel but our flight was cancelled so we didn't need it. The hotel refused to give us our money back.

The room smelled quite musty, the widows were filthy and the blackout curtains were so old they were peppered with holes. It really was not pleasant at all. The staff were very helpful and the free shuttle to Le Garda airport was a nice extra.

The room needed more cleaning, bathtub was filthy, the toilet was discolored and the beds felt like a twin instead of a full.

Way outdated hotel. Ok for what was needed. Flight canceled and needed 6 hours of sleep. Close to airport. But super expensive for 6 hours - over $200. People were nice there though - particularly the shuttle guy.

The ice machine was broken and they didn’t even try to make sure we had any ice and on the last day I ask my roommate to ask the front desk if they had a bottle of water so I could be able to take my Medicine and my roommate said that one of the desk clerk’s said that she could only give the bottle of water this one and only time and next time you will have to get it out of the machine and I felt like that should of never been said being that we have been without ice from 06/14/24-06/17/24 that asking for one bottle of water the morning of check out.To me that was crazy they should of been passing water out for free all weekend do to the ice machine being broke down and we should of gotten some type of discount on the room as well but we didn’t get a discount for the inconvenience of the ice machine not working I was in room 214

Like it was quiet and closed by major stores . Did not like the beds too small and not so comfy. Place needs an upgrade.

The staff was great, check in was easy. The room was spacious and our room had a tub. I enjoyed my stay.

An exceptional staff Ms. Marjorie was so nice and welcoming. Very friendly set of people on staff.

Excellent quality hotel. Comfortable and clean rooms. Professional staff behind the desk. Danny drove us to the airport in style .

The first room we were given had not been cleaned. The lights were on, there were boots on the counter, the windows were open, and there were no sheets or blankets on the bed. It was an immediate turn off. While we did get another room right away that was okay, it made us uneasy staying there.

This property uses stock images from their brand and the property is not reflective of those images. Place was dirty and smelt like weed in all the hallways. The room was very dated and did not even have a coffee pot. When I asked for one, I had to go back down to the front desk as the first one they gave me did not work. In addition they advertised free breakfast but there was no breakfast. They had hot water, coffee, and oatmeal packets. There wasn’t even bowls for the oatmeal. You had to use coffee cups. I will not stay here again.

Horrible experience! Upon arrival, the hotel told me that I had 4 reservations under my name while we were 2 people traveling and booked 1 room.

Adrian at the front desk was very accomodating and professional. Rooms were clean and I had a partially nice view of the NYC skyline.
