The service was excellent. Wilson, Nathan, and valeria at the bar took care of us all 3 days. House keeping gave us what we needed without any hesitation. Laundry machines were great. Pool was nice. Very close to crash boat beach.

I woke up to a roach the size of my finger on my nose. The staff was understanding but it made my trip horrible.they need to exterminate

What I liked about this hotel was the convenience of everything being so close by. The airport, Crash Boat beach, Las Cascadas water park, and esp all the delicious restaurants. Also, the staff were very friendly and the Bohio restaurant inside the hotel has amazing food. What I didnt like was the cleanliness of my room. There were too many spiders/ spider webs in my room. I found three waterbugs in my room. The room is too dark and super outdated. The bed sheets and towels need to be replaced asap. The comforter is very thin and worn. The towels feel like sand paper and were stained. I was bummed out when i found out the second pool(bigger pool) is closed due to renovations, which was never mentioned when I booked this hotel. I will definitely return if these necessary improvements occur.

Property pretty. Construction early when trying to sleep. Not enough lighting outside room at night. Bathroom nice but needs fixing around shower. Cracks on ceiling and around air conditioner.

I loved the food, the house potatoes in the morning are the best, specially with the PR Breakfast sandwich, the staff is very attentive and thoughtful, in all the service was excellent

This property is a hidden gem ! Great food and atmosphere and the staff was amazing . Definitely would come back again .

Well, no light enough in the room, no iron, etc.

I have stayed there more than once. My only issue is always the HOT WATER, there is none.

Staff was awesome!!! But the pool was really dirty. It had a band-aid floting across for days. Stayed for 4 nights, saw the band-aid for 3 days in a row. Only used the pool once. Thats the only thing of bad remark, for the rest, everything was great!!!.

Quiet place, walking distance to Crash Boat Beach, quiet clean place with a friendly professional staff.

One of the pools is under construction at the moment, not mentioned anywhere. The only pool available was the little one and it one had 7 pool chairs. Restaurant opens at 8 am. If you want coffee or breakfast early you will need to go out of the hotel to get it. Poor lighting in the rooms. Staff was super friendly, room was nice

It’s not a bad place to say for like 2-3 days but don’t stay more than that. The rooms look dingy and the AC’s don’t cool enough. 2 water bugs came into my room and room service didn’t clean up the room and the sign wasn’t hanging on the door. The customer service was good it was just this one girl who wasn’t very helpful but the male staff we great . Overall experience a 3

Pool was very nice and the property. Room was modern and clean. Beds and pillows comfy. Would suggest toilet and bath towel holder/hook in the bathroom room. Overall very nice place

The place was surprising and better in person than in the pictures. They have a nice outdoor restaurant bar right on premises and a pool right adjacent to the restaurant. Nice plants and greenery. The crash boat beach is very walkable. People are super nice. Only thing I would say is our shower was a little chilly. Not sure if all the rooms were like that or just ours. Room is spacious, it is not small at all. We had two queen beds. Free parking and wifi. I will definitely stay again.

It’s a quiet place. Needs a serious upgrade. Bathroom is so small the toilet is inches away from the door. Old A/C, very old TV
