We stayed here as part of a conference and then added an extra night. It was a lovely stay! This hotel is truly beautiful, particularly in the lobby area. We appreciated the set-up of the lobby with the individual booths with individual television screens. I worked for an entire day remotely at those booths. We greatly appreciated the bistro and bar in the evenings. The food was delicious! In addition to the hotel restaurant, there are additional restaurants and coffee hopes in the hotel parking lot area. I enjoyed the hotel courtyard. While we didn't use them during our stay, the gym and indoor swimming pool were also outstanding.

The staff thag checked us in was super friendly and efficient, great first impression goes a long ways! Our room was clean ans comfy for a one night stay. There was a coffee maker in the riom but not carafe so had to go to lobby and no microwave but not a huge deal.

Check-in person, young guy on 9/17/24 was excellent. We had tickets to a concert at Bluestem and weren't sure about parking, but he had good advice.

Pizza crust under couch and odor from that area. Mattress in pull out couch was very filthy.
Shower is too narrow for the new dispensers hung right where people stand. Not sure why they were not moved to the end of the shower.

First time stay, hotel room came with a balcony that was awesome. Would have liked to seen a hot tub in the pool area, but overall we had a good stay.

I reserved 2 rooms. When we got there, I was expecting to be able to check into both rooms at 3pm, the time they are supposed to be available. When we got there we were only able to check into 1 room. I was told by the front desk person that they had a lot of people who checked out the night before, so they were behind. He assured me he would call the cleaning staff right away, then bring my key for the other room as soon as it was cleaned. I was informed that our 2 rooms are adjoining rooms. After 30 minutes ave no sign of any cleaners, I proceeded to call the from desk.

GREAT customer service when checking in! GREAT service at the on-site restaurant, also. Room was VERY clean. Will be making this our regular place to stay when we visit Moorhead, MN. Kudos to the Marriott Courtyard Team!

Hotel is nice and updated lobby and eating area are very nice. The elevator is kinda sketchy and the rooms could be updated. Bed was not great but I have a terrible back so for others it might be fine.Pool is great with a large kiddy pool and slides. Deeper pool was just the right temperature but I miss having a hot tub.

The bathtub was extremely slippery when showering and needed a more grippy tub bottom. There was no microwave in the room which was very inconvenient because we had leftovers from a local restaurant that we wanted to heat up as a late night snack. My wife and I both were disappointed at room cost…way over-priced in our opinion.

Explained extra charges on my bill, unable to speak to anyone on site. And I continually had to fix my toilet throughout the entire stay. Not worth what they charge.

The hotel recently redid tge outside of tge building and it looks really nice. They have also redone the inside in the main areas. Rooms need some work with furniture starting to show wear.
I attended a conference at the hotel. The conference areas are well laid out and hooked to the hotel so very easy to get to your room. Food at the conference was very good. The different conference rooms are very close to each other and easy to navigate. The furniture in the conference rooms is also beginning to feel worn with wiggly tables and chairs.

Nice lobby area for the whole family to hang out. Very clean quiet and comfortable even with the 3 hockey teams staying there. We were there for a family funeral and really enjoyed our time together in the comfortable space. The younger kids also enjoyed the pool.

Rooms are tiny. No hot tub in pool area. No breakfast of any sort. You can go to microtel for 35 less a night and get breakfast and a bigger room.

The only reason we stayed here was proximity to assisted living facility for family. It’s not awful , it just needs a serious refresh. Staff was great. Parking etc free and good . On-site dining worked for us as we had family in town as well. Just a disappointing room experience . Ok clean but needs updating @ almost $200.

The room rate was overpriced. Sure would be nice if they would have at least free coffee in the lobby area and a breakfast included. It was very clean but overpriced.

The Moorhead, MN Courtyard was beautiful. Lobby and restaurant area was large. Enjoyable to lounge in for morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

I was charged $17 dollars for one glass of wine. To buy a bottle of the wine that I was given is only $11 per bottle. When I brought it to the attention of the bartender and front desk they said nothing they could do! That’s the cost that came up!! Would have loved to enjoy the patio with a few glasses of wine but couldn’t at that notice!!

I had a very positive experience at this hotel and would definitely stay here again in the future. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were very spacious for a standard guest room, and in spite of how busy it was, it was very quiet. There was even a public bus stop right outside the area of the hotel where my room was located, and I didn’t hear a thing. The common areas were inviting, and the bistro was convenient for morning coffee/breakfast. I also really appreciated the water carafes in the lobby… they even had one carafe of fruit-infused water! Sometimes little touches like that make a big difference. The hotel is very close to the highway, restaurants, Starbucks, and a gas station. A great option to stay in the Moorhead area!

The hotel is located right off of main highway. There is also a few fast food restaurants about a block away for easy convenience. The hotel itself was very nice. Comfortable beds and clean room. The only thing was that there was no information on where the Bistro restaurant was located. I was going to havr supper there but they didnt have and inflammation as to where it was. So i choose to eat at a fast food place down the block. Overall it was a good stay. Would recommend.
