It was very confortable, the location is perfect just in front of the beach and near the stores and restaurants. the breakfast had a lot of choices and tasted good. the staff were friendly.

The carpet on 9th floor hallway need to be change, it is old and smells

On the whole, the hotel is ok and the staff are reasonably friendly. The breakfast is good. Cleaning services are a little mediocre. The gym is well equipped. The pool is a bit cold. Charging for the use of the balls for the pool table and for coffee pods in the rooms (for a 5 star hotel), really leaves a bad impression. A very basic knowledge of behavioural science should tell the management that these practices should be revised, as should asking for a deposit to use the towels at the pool. I don’t think customers will have a terrible experience at this hotel, but I personally wouldn’t visit again, or to the Faro region for that matter. Andalusia is much better (far more culture), and cheaper.

Our experience at the Crowne Plaza, Vilamoura, was generally positive. The staff demonstrated friendliness and helpfulness, and the hotel offers comprehensive facilities. However, there are notable areas for improvement: Despite its 5-star rating, the hotel’s cleanliness fell short of expectations. Notably, the outdoor pool requires attention (there was even a deceased fish at the bottom). Frequent calls to reception were necessary due to housekeeping oversights. Insufficient towels, face towels, and water bottles were recurring issues, although room cleaning remained satisfactory. The restaurant’s dinner service left room for improvement. Fortunately, the abundance of dining options in the area mitigated this concern. The kids’ pool was uncomfortably cold during cooler days, prompting us to use the larger pool instead. On a positive note, the hotel’s location is exceptional, mere steps from the beach and a convenient 15-minute walk to the Marina. The breakfast selection is commendable, and the Spa, while pleasant, could benefit from additional attention, similar to the outdoor pool.

Overall a very pleasant stay. We will definitely recommend to friends and hopefully come back in the future if we get to visit Portugal again. My highlight of the visit would definitely be the Spa facilities. The outdoor pool was lovely, and very attentive staff, even offering complimentary fruit and drinks. The marina is in perfect walking distance, so many restaurants and bars to choose from.

we paid for water view, they give us a room on the 1st floor with view to the roof. Not good at all. Was not clean. We need to clean ourself all the drawers. The sink in the bathroom was totally clogged. They don't leave nothing in the fridge for consume.

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Junior suite was very comfortable with a gorgeous full sea view. We usually stay at the Anantara but this is a new favourite!

Have visited this Hotel on several ocassions and never been disapointed. I do think however that the cost of the Spa use should be reconsidered.

Great relaxing place. Service and food excellent

Amazing location, had the duplex suite with amazing sea views. Being on the top floor meant we heard no noise which was bliss. Very friendly and accomodating staff. Room was cleaned daily. Whilst not much amenities provided in the room, there was a sign you could ask for items, if you needed. We used the spa, 1 free pass and that was bliss to have the facilities to ourselves. All in all, a great location and hotel.

Lovely hotel on the coast in Villa Moura. The rooms were well presented and clean. The bed was large and really comfortable. The pool area was really nice with plenty of beds. The breakfast was good as was food from the restaurant. Lovely hotel overall would definitely return.

Place is extremely well ran

We stayed in the Jnr Suite with a water view, it was lovely the room was lovely, only thing if I have to say anything bad would be I left the do not disturb on my door and they made me pay 5 EUR for 2 coffee pods, but whatever, the stay was amazing - most importantly everything works - we changed hotels as had air con issues with another one

The rooms are old and not well maintained. Mold and mildew in the showers. Furniture is scratched. Good options are very limited. Would not recommend the property.

The hotel was nice , clean and simple. It has a nice swimming pool area and easy access to the beach but no sun beds on the beach . However it’s a nice hotel if your looking to just relax.

Location, amenities, staff, all were great

I had a lovely stay but hotel in general needs revamp. My room was spotlessly clean . Pool needs tiles replacing and musty smelll needssorting on ground floor areas of hotel. But i did enjoy. Overall staff was really nice. Could have done with mini bar. I would defonitely go back again.
