The price was very reasonable at $61 plus tax. No complaint. Even coffee in the morning.

Desk attendant was helpful with directions to the motel. Check in was smooth.

Pretty good spot. The light outside the room was like a spotlight and attracted precisely 8,000,0000 bugs but that wasn’t a problem it was just interesting. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and we all slept well. No complaints.

Ok for a one night stop

The only complaints I have are... 2 guests for 2 nights and only 1 bath towel when we arrived. Getting 2 more the next day wasn't an issue, however, there should've been 2 towels to start with. The bed had thin metal skirts from the bottom of the mattress to the floor. Everytime we got into or out of bed our feet would hit the skirts and make that wobbly metal dong noise. A bit annoying. Lastly our king size room was small, quite a bit smaller than other motels for basically the same price. The room served it's purpose but it's a last choice option for us.

I got there really late at night and appreciated still being able to be helped by a real person right away. The bed was very nice and super comfortable compared to many I've stayed at. I hated the metal frame which would make a loud noise when you accidentally hit it with your feet. It was a complete box that didn't leave room for your feet to slide under so we hit it often - getting on and off the bed. The facility was clean, easy to find, and had a very friendly staff. I enjoyed my stay.

The property apparently was updating flooring, there were many boxes of flooring in the check-in lobby area. The neighborhood seemed a bit unsafe. I was heckled and yelled at by a homeless person as I was entering and leaving the lobby. The room we had was in good condition and looked and smelled clean. Overall the hotel was a good value for the accomodations.

Overall ok for the price

The other guests were kind of loud but that’s not the property’s fault. I was still able to rest and complete my trip the next day. The room was very nice. Clean and smelled good. The mini fridge was cold and clean. The WiFi joined right up. The staff was kind and fun to talk to and laugh with even so late at night when I checked in at 11pm.

Staff was very helpful, other guests were all really cool, because of the location of the property we had front row seats to the 4th of the parade, front desk staff was very professional, I would stay there again

Close to downtown

This was my first stay here. I’d stayed at the Travel Lodge in the past, but it was sold out this time. I’m glad because I liked this place a bit better. Check in/out was uneventful and the attendant was helpful with recommendations on local restaurants and activities. They’re amidst updating the rooms. I stayed in two different rooms because I needed a bigger room one night. One room had been mostly updated with laminate floors, a coat of paint and newer furniture. It was nice. The second room hadn’t been updated and has old carpet and you could see where they were repairing the walls, but hadn’t painted over yet. Kind of not dirty, but not clean… maybe as clean as could be expected. Bathrooms in both rooms had similarly, older fixtures. Again, about as clean as could be expected and you could see the age. I liked it being located near the brewery and being able to walk over for dinner. It’s also a bit further from the freeway, which I liked bc it was a bit quieter; both in actual noise and thru traffic. I visit here every year or two and this will now be my preferred place to stay.

My reviews on this trip have been that "sometimes you get more than you pay for." But the Maverick was the maverick in that assessment. It is definitely a bottom tier facility in need of upgrading. This stay I got definitely less than I paid for. The receptionist was pleasant enough but not very helpful. The bed is comfortable, but its base is surrounded by a metal box which sounds like a metal drum when your foot accidentally hits it. The bathroom is clean but the towels are thread bare without a hand/face towel. The water is plentiful and hot but the enamel paint covering previous repairs is flaking off and the shower valve unit is in disrepair. So, for my money I got a good nights sleep, but little else. If looking for something below Super8 quality then the Maverick might fit your requirements.

It was a place to lay our heads We were tired and first tried turning the tv on but nothing, went to the office and the staff put new batteries in and accompanied us back to the room, the remote turned on the tv, at the same time pulling back the sheets to check for cleanliness we found spots the staff offered new sheets and came right back with new ones, we tried turning the tv up and it said it was not programmed, when we tried turning the tv off, it wouldnt turn off so we just unplugged it. Just about to fall asleep and we hear yelling next door. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom is falling off/not secured. We feel our money may be spent better at another establishment

Friendly staff, lights too bright, no smoke detector in room, no reading lamps, inexpensive.

We ended not staying. The room stunk like pet urine and so did the sidewalk which was stained with dog urine. The hot and cold water could not be regulated in the shower a d major water dripping from the cold water handle. They moved us to another room and it wasn't any better. It looked like someone tried kicking in the door. We did not feel safe so we demanded a refund and left.

Very nice stay. Employees were kind and space was tidy. Close walk away from multiple restaurants, close drive away from beautiful scenery. Some noisy neighbors but hey whatcha gonna do. Overall super nice time.

Quality was fine.

Clean, perfect for one night. Cheapest rate in the area. Easy to find off of highway. I saw some reviews complaining about no breakfast. There is no breakfast. It is not a requirement at every motel to make breakfast for you. For the rate they charge there is no way they can also do that. Would stay again easily.

It appears they are in transition of updating so that is good. Freshly painted. Comfortable bed and linens and clean. It was a place to sleep. No lamps, just one canned ceiling light by door that worked. No closet, nowhere to put luggage. No coffee in room, no coffee anywhere on the property. Brewery with good food across the parking lot. Really nice friendly person at front desk.

Our stay was quite nice The lady at the front desk was so polite and nice. My wife and I felt good about the whole experiance. Our room was very big and clean I will definitely be back as well as my friends.thanks again
