This is a very nice business hotel. German, very clean with adequate and friendly staff. Was nice Sports Bar with decent menu of food on a Sunday night, an additional Restaurant avail M-Th apparently.
Only complaint was the Phillips TV in room would not turn off, maybe dead batteries. I had to unplug the TV to turn it of. Clean and quiet room. Very little airport noise in room. 2 free Schipol shuttles per hour.

I do not recommend this hotel!
As a woman, I stayed for 2 nights in this hotel and I didn’t feel safe at all.
In the middle of the night I woke up with a gentleman from reception in my room as apparently they cannot find my booking ( after I checked in I assumed that all was good ). I started to scream straight away as I was asleep and I got VERY scared!! This gentleman went out of the room and laughed as this was some sort of funny event!
I called the reception and said that if there is a problem we can talk in the morning or at least they can CALL me not send a man to enter the room while sleeping!
As this wasn’t enough, after I managed to fall asleep again the receptionist called me in 2 different occasions to ask some details about my booking….
In the morning they realised that it was a big mistake from their end, BUT after I complained and shared the full lists of events they only said sorry and honestly didn’t look that affected or apologetic!
This was my worst hotel experience and I would strongly recommend to consider your stay with them if you want to FEEL SAFE.

Excellent airport hotel. Super comfortabel bed (best sleep I’ve ever had in an airport hotel), modern, clean, great service. The Tratoria restaurant near the lobby was INCREDBILE! Super convenient airport shuttle.

I had booked a double bed and was told they dont have so they gave me 2 single...when I tried to explain the staff got rude. The room was like a room in a 2 star.
Breakfast was tge worst Breakfast I ever had in a hotel.

Very beautiful and modern room with great bathroom and plenty of outlets. Friendly staff and a nice sports bar restaurant.

We arrived before check-in time. Our rooms were ready, but the hotel charges 10 Euro per hour per room to check-in early. After an all night flight, we were exhausted. We waited two hours and then gave in. If the rooms were ready, I don't think they should charge extra to check-in. People choose an airport hotel for a reason.😴

All ok, very good hotel for an airport hotel, super breakfast. Only bad point: initially booked a queen size bed, the room had 2 simple bed, i asked to change room at the reception, they gave me a supposedly queen size bedroom but it was again 2 simple beds. I gave up.

If you want to be closer to town or have access to multiple dining options, this is not the spot. Also the windows can’t be open fully and the air conditioning system in the room did not work. Apart from that, everything else was lovely.

A nice enough airport hotel, good breakfast. Airport shuttle Not Before 6am and if so $$$&. Stayed a few times , checking in and out is more tedious than most

Only one elevator worked and the room AC did not cool down the room very well. The mattress also needs replacing.

Stayed here one night before my flight home the next morning. The hotel is nice enough, but I got two single beds instead of the double bed I had booked.
It's also too bad that the Trattoria restaurant is closed. Also, only one of the elevators worked, so it was a bit of a wait to get up and down. Check in took longer than usual, as they were going through some system migration.
Had a beer in the sports bar at the hotel, but €12.95 for a beer is crazy expensive. Went across the street to the Wings restaurant to eat there.
Plus for free bottle of water in the room and free airport shuttle. Bed was comfortable enough. I would probably stay again.

Amazing hotel. The shuttle ride from the airport was about 15 min, the room was very comfortable, heated floors in the bathroom. Very pleasant staff.

Excellent hotel. Lovely lobby and free shuttle bus to the airport every 30 minutes. Absolutely love the spa area and relaxed most of my free day in there.
Couple of minor issues.
Firstly one lift was out of order and lots of people were waiting for a lift for a while. Secondly, spa area is clothing optional but I prefer it is fully nude as it is uncomfortable for people as some people use phones and also mix both nude and clothed people in the same environment.
I would suggest the hotel make the spa area strictly nude so people feel comfortable sitting on surfaces where other people are not sitting with there unhygienic underwear.
Also strictly nude policy would promote the dutch spa culture which is something I really appreciate.

Near to the airport runway, but room is quiet and well insulated. Spa is a good plus. However, charging parking 27 euro plus a night in not busy area is unreasonable and too pricey.

Easy shuttle transfers to nd from airport. Would describe neighborhood as commercial. In spite of being so close to a world class airport, the room was very quiet and comfortable.
Do wish they had USB ports installed at desk and bed. Also would be nice to have a small night light in the restroom.

The staff are lovely, breakfast was delicious, and the hotel room was comfortable. The issues were that there was only 1 working elevator on my check-out date - I had to wait 15min just to get a lift with my bags to the lobby as the elevator was crowded every time it opened on my floor - and the shuttle to the airport broke down. In this case, not only was the shuttle delayed (it’s supposed to run every 30min), but we were told a large bus would pick us up (there were at least 20 people waiting for the shuttle) and instead a van that couldn’t fit more than 6 people arrived late. The next shuttle van (it was larger and could fit 12-15 people) came 10min later, but the driver ran off somewhere upon arrival. At this point, I was delayed for my flight due to the elevator and airport shuttle so I took an Uber instead. This soured an otherwise good experience. I hope this was a one-off issue, and that I was just terribly unlucky.

I was stuck over the weekend because of the global IT issues at the airport. I was lucky to find reasonable accommodations. The prices were favorable and aside from the language barrier, it was a great find.
