The property is well located. Our room smelled as we entered. Staff was courteous. Chairs and pulled out couch were worn off.

Excellent accommodations. The suite arrangement was particular appreciated as it allowed my collegue and I to sleep in separate rooms so our (uhm...) snoring didn't disturb each other.

The room over all was cozy and clean, we were on the first floor… right next to the pool so kids were always running by and yelling.. our window view… well.. plastic and on the other side? Construction with very loud music playing later into the day and starting at 730/8am along with the beeping of the trucks, no sleeping in to relax.. the breakfast mediocre at best. Had to pay 10$ to park even tho there’s 100 lots around with no cars in them for random buildings.. ok for one night I guess.. we were supposed to stay 2 but canceled would not have booked this hotel if I knew it was under construction

Excellent stay at Homewood Suites for our party of 4. Perfect room for our grandkids and us. Plenty of room for everyone, and kitchen area and full size fridge nice. Breakfast was really good. Ezra delivered great service and assisted us with special consideration for our autistic granddaughter. Kids and grandparents loved the pool and I loved the jacuzzi! Water temp in both was perfect! Great location just off I-95, and the kids loved the nearby Warwick Mall food court and carousel. Arrived at 12:30 AM after late arrival from Auto Train and very last car to be offloaded! 5'oclock 500 driving through NYC at 9:30 and spent ,3 hours navigating through Washington DC and Baltimore. Yikes,!! Met promptly upon arrival and quickly checked in. It is obvious that management takes pride in this operation and after spending a total of 35 years between myself and my wife as cast members at Walt Disney World guest service is the key to customer satisfaction! Well done!!

Staff was friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean. The only issue I ran into was the keys would stop working. They just issues me a new set both times.

The bathroom drain was backed up but maintenance came quick and fixed it. The other bathroom seemed to have mold in the wall. Keys kept getting disconnected so several times had to get reset.

Good room size but not quite clean Unfortunately we had a room just in front of elevator and front desk lady didn't make an effort to accommodate, not even for the second night Breakfast eatable but not great...

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very clean, staff is very friendly and helpful and the room was a generous size. My kids loved the pool! I’d stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful! The breakfast was the best!! The hotel was very accommodating with our dog. The room was clean and comfortable. We are genuinely so grateful to have found a hotel on such short notice to meet our needs. The staff are warm and friendly too

Property is well taken care. I dislike that you have to pay $10 for parking a day, however I guess the free breakfast makes up for it. Breakfast buffet is decent/good, I had no complaints. Coffee is good too. I stayed in 2bd/2bth suite which was beautiful. Although bed is quite firm for my liking. Downtown providence is 15-20 mins away. I’d recommend for large groups (4-6 ppl) needing to stay for a weekend. Overall 9/10 stay, due to the lack of comfort of my bed.

First night was great second night we didn’t get much sleep. Noisy guests on the back patio kept me awake til after 1am. The over was very noisy sounded like they were coming thru the ceiling

Staff was helpful and property was all right. However, my son sprained his foot on the basketball court because of the net and plastic tube behind the goal. My uncle also fell and hurt himself (rotator cuff swelling) and a bump on his head a a result of the same net and plastic tube. I suggest that these items be removed from the court to prevent further accidents.

We were upgraded before we even checked in from a King studio to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite! Perfect for traveling with kids. Everything was great although one tv didn’t work. Thankfully we had two others!

The location is close enough to Providence-Warwick without the higher prices. It is conveniently located by the airport which has a good amount of bars and restaurants within a short drive. The suite had comfortable pillows and beds we will be returning

There are working on upgrades. Bathtub feels like it’s caving in. Thermostat and microwaves are super old. Front desk staff generally unfriendly and hid behind a door.

I booked this through hotels.com - I don't think I will do that again, since hotels.com didn't update their site to include the fact that the pool/hot tub were closed. We picked this location primarily for that but in addition to some other amenities like the free breakfast (which was great). When we arrived we were super disappointed. Felicia and Ryan immediately came to help. Actually searching other hotels for us after learning we were having a girls weekend. Not just telling us hotels, but searching. It allowed us to make a connection to the hotel. We ultimately decided to stay. They treated us with some champagne and then when our room didn't have king bed (as I booked on hotels.com) they upgraded us. They made us feel important and valued. They made the difference in us deciding we were going to stay. All the rest of the staff was wonderful too. I believe it was Ashley that assisted us too. We got a late check out and spent the afternoon in the lobby area which was awesomely set up for lounging, watching TV (with a fireplace) AND playing games. One of the girls was waiting for her flight so this made for a perfect place to hang. Next time I book directly. But many thanks for helping our weekend be fun and carefree.
