The only thing I didn’t like was not being able to pull the curtains. Had light in the room all night

All of Choice needs to be updated. Cost of rooms for the value does not match, Breakfast is not breakfast.

Staff was not welcoming nor friendly. Room was clean.

It was ok but overpriced & rooms were dirty. Needs a lot of cleaning in rooms & more updates & outdoor space. Breakfast was ok but needed better options.

Front desk and housekeeping were both helpful and friendly as well as the breakfast attendant. However, overall cleanliness of common areas was poor.

Everything was good. Had the highest water pressure of any hotel I have ever stayed at. My only complaint would be the breakfast. The meat and eggs weren’t very good.

The hair dryer and the phone in the room wasn’t working. We found cockroaches in the room.

The hotel is undergoing renovations. We booked with this hotel for two reasons. One, the price was great. Two, they had an indoor pool. Unfortunately, for our girls the pool was closed because they were painting inside the pool area. This would have been great to know ahead of time, so we could have chosen another hotel. Our girls were so upset. They offered for us to walk up the hill to their sister property to use their pool, but it was outdoors and it rained most of our trip. Hence why we booked a hotel with an inside pool. The continental breakfast was okay. The facilities definitely needed a deep cleaning. Luckily, our room had just been redone. The outside grounds were clean and well lit. Most of the staff were very friendly. Overall a good experience, just wish we would have been given notification about the pool closure and renovations.

I wish I could upload the video that I took of the dirty bathroom with feces on the toilet. Then the next room I was transferred to the shower head was dis attached from the wall. Although I did bring it to front desk attention there was still no action taken. I would not commend this property until some updating is Done!!!

This place was so nasty. It looks like it never been renovated for so long. The room was so old too, there was an old towel on the shower curtain. The hair dryer didn’t even work. They had open coffee packets too. It was not worth over 100 for one night. Im never coming back again

They were painting, the fumes were awful. Sink made very loud squealing noices, shower water pressure too hard

My room was facing the interstate and the road noise was constant. If you stay here, request the non-road facing rooms.

The manager and front desk guy were very nice

Room was large and clean and stocked with all the “normal” travel necessities. Property was well maintained and I felt safe. Would stay here again.

We were there for a short time, it was being remodeled. No paint on walls and woke up at 615 Sunday morning to construction noise

3 night business trip, rooms were clean, bed comfortable. Elevator wasnt working the last afternoon. But I will stay here next trip.

Good experience

The property is on the side of Interstate 85. Traffic noise all night long. The indoor pool had scum on the water; I requested that my room be made up twice (the 3rd and 4th day); they finally made the room up on the 5th day.

Nice and courteous staff

I enjoyed my stay except for the toilet bowl in room 220 isn't working well. The water continue to run after flushing.

We chose this hotel because of the indoor pool for our granddaughter and the cost. Got there and the pool was closed. Room was dated and dark. Mold on the bathroom tile floor/baseboard. Shower curtain has been torn off multiple times so its been spackled back on several times so you had to be very gentle closing and opening curtain because it was so loose. Bed was miserable. If you didnt get to breakfast early, the food was gone. Literally the only good thing about this room was the shower pressure was amazing and the little old fridge kept our drinks ice-cold. We decided that next time comfort was more important than cost so we will splurge more for that amenity.

I was shocked how nice it was for the price. The pool is only 3 feet so my son enjoyed it. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great.
