It was very hot with no air condition or fans

This hotel was lovely. The rooms were large, clean and tidy. The hotel was only 10 minutes walk from the station which was what we needed. Chur is a lovely place especially the old town. We spent 2 nights and travelled all over Chur with the free guest card.

Great hotel for short stay . Only negative very soft pillows minor detail but kept waking readjusting them . Had to ask for 2 pillows which was then adequate

This was an okay hotel, very centrally located, good breakfast and nice beds.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable hotel within an easy walk from train station with lots of restaurants and shops surrounding. Friendly, helpful staff and a nice breakfast was included in our booking. Our superior room had an oven and cooktop, but these are not allowed to be used. Fridge was Handy.

What are the things most people ask …. The room was comfortable - had a desk and desk chair - has a safe - hair dryer and towel warmer - note NO AC - but we were fortunate the weather wasn’t terribly hot - we opened the windows. With the exception of traveling suitcases on the pavement outdoors it was fairly quiet after 11:00. The breakfast buffet is a traditional Swiss buffet of slices meats, cheeses, boiled eggs and lots of breads croissants etc. plenty of coffee and juices. I should add they also provide a converter at the desk which is nice - they have a kitchen with a refrigerator but there is a sign that use of the stove or oven is not permitted by law…..

Location is excellent for Bernina Express passengers

This hotel provides all the basic needs and is within walking distance of Chur train station and the old town. the staff is attentive and always willing to help

Choosing the same hotel in Chur every year, rooms are super clean and comfy, it is located right in the center. Breakfast is very good!

We stayed for 2 nights before boarding the Bernina express to Tirano. The hotel is a convenient location and easy walking distance to the railway station. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast and reception staff was very helpful and friendly. We would stay again if in Chur.

Location was perfect, value for money considering other hotel prices in the area. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, i arrived on a sunday (most of Chur is closed on Sunday), the lovely staff gave me suggestions for cafes and restaurants which would be open for dinner. Also suggestions on the most important sights to see in the afternoon!

The hotel was easy to reach from the excellent public transport in Chur, walkable in less than 10 minutes. The hotel staff were welcoming and very helpful - with several languages. My room was spacious and very clean.

Cute, clean hotel that was a great place to stay as a jumping off point after taking the bernina express and taking the glacier express the next day. The people were nice, the hotel was clearn and exactly what was needed. Bed was comfortable. Lovely town which was easily walkable. The breakfast was also fabulous.

Hotel is about a 2 minute walk from the train station, and sits in the heart of old town Chur. That has lots of upsides, but also means lots of activity right outside your window into the evenings. We were there during the Christmas market, which was fantastic and brought lots of punch drinking and people hanging out having a good time. Hotel room was very neat and clean, pretty spacious bathroom for Europe, and a free breakfast buffet. Also get free bus passes with your stay there. Overall highly recommend!

Sharing a bathroom is not my idea of a hotel. Hotel is old but was clean. We had dinner late and I did not feel well after but unfortunately had to use a bathroom that was outside my room. I did not feel safe doung that. Did not realize there was such a thing in 2023.

Hotel Post is a fairly old facility and it has been kept in good condition. There is no air-condition and the ensuite kitchen cannot be used for cooking due to new regulations. You get free breakfast included in booking so no cooking is really needed. There are several choices of good restaurants in walking distance, except for Sunday most places are closed. In term of size and comfort, I think it is reasonable for this price range. For a day or two to explore Chur oldtown or taking the two scenic trains, this hotel can be a good choice for your stay.

Close to the train station. Room was hot. Thankfully there was a fan. Beds were pretty comfy. Breakfast was good. Overall a decent stay, but very overpriced.
